Helped sell our house in a short sale. The banks were difficult and it took time. Inquiries were responded on a timely basis. It was a very stressful time, The bank changed the rules halfway through. We had a buyer back out 4 days before close of escrow. But in the end it all worked out.

My wife and I were dealing with a different mortgage company and we were very unhappy with how they were treating us.
