I am pleased to be a resident of Westgate Village Apartments in Topeka, KS. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and affordable--compared with similar properties on Long Island, NY, which is why I had relocated here from there as I'm a retiree on a pension.

Hyde Park Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. The apartments have everything you would want ...washer/dryer, fireplace, two bedrooms. The apartment manager, Tim, is very nice and easy to work with.. He is also very helpful if you need him for anything.

Hyde Park is a wonderful place to live. The location is perfectly situated close to mostly anything one would need such as groceries, gym, restaurants, etc. The community is peaceful, and the green area/lake is picturesque. Tim is a marvelous property manager, truly cares about the community, and has gone to great lengths over the last three years I have lived at Hyde Park Townhomes to continually improve the grounds, buildings, and the living experience generally. Hands down the best apartments I've ever lived in. The property is as attractive and well maintained as the apartments themselves. It's quiet and safe, and the neighbors are friendly. The manager and maintenance man are awesome and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your home. Highly recommend renting at The Oaks at Canterbury.

The staff is great and respond quickly to any repairs that need to be done. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the walls and ceilings are too thin. You can hear almost everything above you if you live on ground floor. Hearing heavy foot steps constantly is quite annoying.
