UPDATE: March 2021: Finally moved-out, but they deduct $65 out of my deposit "carpet cleaning" even though we vacuumed it 3 times before move out and have pictures. UPDATE: Jan 2021. No hot water for the second day. Pros: The only good thing about the place is the price, which will go up each year you stay at 13503 Northborough Dr. Cons: 1. no assigned parking space having to park where ever you can and the long time so and that it takes to get work orders accomplished

RecommendedI’ve lived in a rental managed by Alexander Forrest Investments for the last 3yrs. They do a great job. The property managers and maintenance staff are great to work with. They are respectful and professional. The tenant portal is easy to use and very resourceful. The property is maintained well, clean and they are continually making upgrades meet the needs and wants their tenants.
