I’ve lived in a rental managed by Alexander Forrest Investments for the last 3yrs. They do a great job. The property managers and maintenance staff are great to work with. They are respectful and professional. The tenant portal is easy to use and very resourceful. The property is maintained well, clean and they are continually making upgrades meet the needs and wants their tenants.
I have lived on one of their properties for a couple years and absolutely love it. The manager at my building is making the property look great!
