If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! The townhome they gave us (30 churchill dr) was completely gross & falling apart. The room where my infant was sleeping in was FILLED will mold. There was wires hanging out on the floor which is a major fire hazard. They did not wash the carpet. There was mold everywhere. THE FUCKING FLOOR IS CAVING IN ON THE KITCHEN. They have black maggots in the drains. My busband tried to go take a shower at the place the water stopped draining, it went up to his ankles so he used a plunger... read more

I hate this place with a passion. If it’s not bugs, it’s no water..and if the water is turned on, you either have no pressure or there’s no hot water. The parking situation is a joke. People who are visitors are supposed to park in visitor parking but they don’t. And it’s not enforced. Dogs poop all over the place and people don’t clean it up. UPDATE: March 2021: Finally moved-out, but they deduct $65 out of my deposit "carpet cleaning" even though we vacuumed it 3 times before move out and have pictures. UPDATE: Jan 2021.
