Disgusting. Don’t clean them properly before moving in. Noise complaints and cops here constantly due to noise and neighbors. Violent neighbors. Maintenance that doesn’t do their jobs and management that hangs up on you when you call and ask for help repeatedly. Worst place I’ve lived in Topeka by far. Allows people to smoke in apartments and all over leaving filth and cigarette butts. Manager Brenda is hardly in office and when she is she doesn’t answer calls or call back residents with issues. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! The townhome they gave us (30 churchill dr) was completely gross & falling apart. The room where my infant was sleeping in was FILLED will mold. There was wires hanging out on the floor which is a major fire hazard. They did not wash the carpet. There was mold everywhere. THE FUCKING FLOOR IS CAVING IN ON THE KITCHEN. They have black maggots in the drains. My busband tried to go take a shower at the place the water stopped draining, it went up to his ankles so he used a plunger... read more

I hate this place with a passion. If it’s not bugs, it’s no water..and if the water is turned on, you either have no pressure or there’s no hot water. The parking situation is a joke. People who are visitors are supposed to park in visitor parking but they don’t. And it’s not enforced. Dogs poop all over the place and people don’t clean it up.
