Awful treatment of tenants in the midst of a global pandemic they feel the need to harass those suffering that made the mistake of renting for them. So if you want someone to mismanage your rental portfolio or someone awful to rent from, go for it
absolute horrible I live here for 5 years of my life and I was late one time due to a paycheck hiccup and the evicted me!!! my you I played my rent on time fore years. never rent from these clowns better off getting a box under the highway
Clearly does not care about their tenants. Anyone and I mean ANYONE could take one glance at their documented behavior (that they’ve tried to cover up might I add) and be confident in knowing that they just do, not, care. Sad.
Wack apartments
Doesn't care about tenets, neglects upkeep and does not communicate in a proffesinal or timely manner with tenets. Collects money from unemployed people and called pandemic a distraction. Be human first. Unacceptable.
Horrible upkeep of properties. Pray on the poor to over charge them for unlivable dirty housing. They called a global pandemic a distraction and continued to collect rent from unemployed people. Demand better. Make them do better.
Does NOT treat renters with respect, can't even properly do the upkeep on their properties but force people suffering from the pandemic to pay. Horrible people.
