Omar was the exact person we needed to close on our house. He operates with a speed and proficiency that is very rare among real estate agents, and he responds within minutes. We went through a very difficult situation with our home purchase (difficulty with seller) and Omar went above and beyond to help us close the deal. He's also a really good person and a joy to work with. We highly recommend him.

I requested Zillow for an agent and Wil was assigned. He was friendly and efficient. He immediately set up an appointment. We looked at a co-op but it was not right. We looked at another 2 and found the apartment of my dreams right on the water. I never bought anything so Wil hooked me up with a lawyer, financing, inspector, and appraiser. Darling is very punctual and on top of what needs to be done for you to be in your new home ASAP. Through Darling, I filled out an application, it was approved the next day, and I had the keys to my new place the very next week. She answered questions quickly and she is even working with me to find a house for when my lease is up! Darling Moreira's number is definitely saved in my phone!

I was really lucky to find Debbie as my realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and patient during my house buying process which can very daunting as a first time home buyer. Kevin had been in communication with me for a few years inquiring if we were ready to sell our home or not. He kept me informed via email on the market and local pricing until I was ready.
