I worked with Jenn Coco and the process of getting my place rented was a breeze! She helped set up the photographer, showings, and was helpful in evaluating the tenant applications. She is a pleasure to work with- responsive, patient, and respectful. I never felt pushed to do anything and plan on working with her again when we buy our next home

We are so glad we went with Erik to sell our house in Livingston. Erik was attentive, responsive to our needs, and advocated for us to get the best price for our home. Erik is very professional but personable and patient. We would recommend him to anyone.

I did a lot of research prior and I can’t say enough about Dan and his team - very detailed, great knowledge of the marketplace, extremely communicative, exceptional problem solving skills in an easy relaxed manner all made for a positive experience and outcome. Couple the fact that I was dealing with a family medical emergency and this transaction was a 30 day close - I never had to worry about a thing which allowed me to focus on my family. A very special thank you to him and his team.

Working with James was fantastic. We had a lot of tough requirements - bedroom with bathroom on first floor for our 90 yo grandma, less stairs if possible for our infant son, basement with own entrance for our dog, a backyard big enough for a potential 50 person wedding, time crunch for said wedding (!) all within a specific budget and location. I highly recommend Jonathan! As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about what was involved in this process; however, he met with me and did a great job answering my questions. Whenever I was unsure about something or needed clarification, he got back to me quickly and was eager to help. He was attentive to my needs and made this experience easier for me. Michelle was amazing to work with to find our Jersey City rental. We put in an offer on the first apartment we saw with her and we got it! She sent us great options as we were looking and kept us informed every step of the way. She gave great advice as well. Would definitely use her again!
