As a first time home buyer not only is it scary but you have to trust the person who is working with you in making this life event happen! Tara and her team were amazing! After speaking to other realtors about what we were looking to do in this hot market (sell our home and buy a new home simultaneously) it seemed our family was out of luck. Each one of them told us we needed to sell our current house first in order for them to work with us and that was the only way we would be able to get into a new house.
