We are a transitional home for homeless women and children. Today one of our storage rooms flooded and a bathroom toilet backed up. I looked on Angie's List and saw All About Plumbing with it's positive ratings. It was after 9:30 pm. Carl answered the emergency line when I called. When I told him about the problem he said he would be right there. He arrived in about 20 minutes!!! When we showed him the problem he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. They installed the toilet upstairs. When the inspector came out, it did not pass inspection not being sealed. That alone was enough for the toilet not to pass inspection without further investigation. <br /> They did move the toilet flange ok. <br /> They did not move the water line. <br /> They installed 2 faucets telling me a brand new out of the box faucet was defective as the water pressure had gone done to a trickle. <br /> When I called the manufacturer, they said the plumber needs to clean the screen of pebbles, and t... read more

The plumbing work contracted by All About Plumbing was not completed for the Customer. The permit was closed out due to the fact that we were unable to finish the work because of an issue with parts that the Customer purchased. The county inspector was only able to inspect 1 day of work on a estimated 2-3 day job. The toilet did not pass inspection because it was not caulked to the floor at the time of inspection.
