I called All About Plumbing and another firm for quotes to repair a broken sewer line. Another company had cleared the line but found roots and a broken pipe. They had promised an estimate, but after 4 days had not responded. At first the person that came out could not even quote me because he said he had never seen that type before (Kinetico brand). I am friends with the owner of the company out of Raleigh and we have purchased 2 systems from him in the past. I called in the morning and they said they could have someone come out around 9. At a few minutes before 9, the plumber arrived. He discussed the options for unclogging the toilet and wrote up a price. If the first step of the process did not work, he explained that the toilet would then need to be taken out, which would involve more money. Luckily, the router he brought unclogged the toilet, and the whole process took about 20 minutes.

Reviewed entire situation, Plumbing pipe runs and traps, investigated main floor plumbing. <br /> Showed utmost concern for saving the customer money... while still giving professional remedy to problem(s). <br /> Even gave us a free sewer pipe piece... to make sure no sewer gas was coming into home! The technician could not unclog the line but charged me anyway. Also, I felt like instead of offering a permanent fix I got a sale pitch for more expensive services: jetter and camera diagnostics. I already had the hydro scrub done by Mr. Rooter which they claimed would solve the problem. It did not. After a lengthy explanation with the owner I finally got an estimate to replace the entire line. Performed work well - satisfied with quality of work Only problem- they cut electric line to exterior light standard when they installed underground soil line. They said they would reconnect it but after 4 follow up calls the work remains uncompleted. Very disappointing.
