RecommendedSecond time I've used All My Sons Moving and everything went smoothly both times (last move followed Atlanta's snow storm). Office staff kept me informed of arrival time for truck. Driver\helper were both friendly and took great care with our furniture.

Donny was the rudest and most dishonest customer service worker I have ever encountered! My move was scheduled for 7/30/2023 between 8:30-9:30am. Donny made numerous excuses and was rude when I phoned to inquire why the movers did not arrive when scheduled. The movers arrived over 6 hours late. I will never use All My Sons Moving again.
ALL MY SONS AKA ALL MY SCAMS Is the most unethical company I’ve ever had to work with! THE BREAKDOWN I was originally quoted just under $500 for a small one bedroom, with two movers and was told it should take no more than two hours. Paid my $100 deposit, and was told I would get a confirmation call a week before the move. I received no call so I called them 2 days before my move date, and suddenly I’m told I need three men vs original quoted two despite the same information provided both times. Cancelled morning of. Offered me a 5 % discount on the hourly rate and move in 2 days later. These people should not be in this business. HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
When they provide you with a quote over the phone they will tell you one thing to book the move (no minimum and a reservation fee that is applied to your final bill), when they actually call to confirm the move they will then tell you the minimum hours and the hidden fees. When I explained the discrepancy they said first that the call center person doesn't know all the specifics they are just a call center person booking. Better damage control. Your company canceled on me which caused me to have to take a day off work which I was docked for. Only to offer me a $75 discount but still jack up my original quote.
