Bait and swicth pricing, wasted time to charge more, charged for materials not used, not careful with items, company does not answer complaints when I have reached out.
Worst moving company in Atlanta. Lies and property damage is what you get with ALL MY SONS moving. Worst movers in Atlanta. They damaged $25,000 of property that they moved, damaged a $1000 glass door and lost some of my items that they moved. Stay away from this company. Consumer BEWARE!!!
They are HORRIBLE! Bait you in at one price then hold your belongings hostage on the truck and charge you TRIPLE AFTER they confirm with an email the rate then they change it!!!!!
This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
The movers arrived on time, but were lazy and careless. They were on their phones having conversations, texting, etc. while we were paying $200/hr. They packed the truck incredibly inefficiently and couldn't fit all of the stuff from our 1800 square foot townhome in, so we had to get a U-haul a week later and finish it ourselves. I repeat: we had to finish it ourselves!! They damaged our freshly painted walls in our new house with scuffs as well as our newly installed flooring. They overcharge and don’t finish the job. Three movers and it took them all day to move a 2 bedroom, living room, and totes. Not to mention the driver got stuck on a hill and messed the transmission line up and I was penalized for it. Save your money. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Save yourself the frustration I had to go through! They damaged thousands of dollars worth of furniture and charged DOUBLE what they originally quoted me. This furniture only had to be moved 25 minutes down the road and they damaged almost every piece of furniture. I talked to an office worker who said they were sorry and that a manager would reach out to me which has yet to happen. I used this company to move about an hour away. My items were packaged adequately (they have you sign a waiver saying they will NOT inventory your items or be responsible for damages) after having about a 9 hour move I tipped each mover $120 cash. The next day I am missing about $375 cash from my wallet. My purse was not in my view for about an hour. I chose this company over Two Men and a Truck because my items were damaged on my last move. Wow. What a scam. Called on Tuesday and spoke to what I thought was a professional. Was I ever wrong. Booked a moving date (today Sunday aug 22) and paid a deposit.
