I called a week ago and booked for August 21st. They took my deposit and I got a confirmation email. I hadn’t received a call confirming start time for the 21st so I just called. I wasn’t on their schedule and there were no open slots. They couldn’t do anything for me except offer to refund the deposit. So now I’m supposed to move tomorrow and there’s nothing they can do. Why take a deposit if you’re not booking the slot?! I’m left screwed and will have to figure something out on my own and it will likely end up costing more... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
I wish there was “0 star” option…. We used them for a 1.5 mile move based on positive reviews. When booked, it was quoted at 3 hours and an hourly rate of $179. My move is now being billed at 5 hours due to “small items” and my total is $1,100+ due to “extra packing measures taken” (shrink wrap and bed bags) both of which i said multiple times “please don’t do that” and was told “that’s our policy, we feel better doing it”. Solomon and Jason moved me. They did a great job. They moved from my storage quickly and moved my stuff into my new place just as fast. They even set up my bed. Almost every single piece of my furniture that was only months old was badly damaged and has to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO GIVE AF ABOUT YOUR STUFF AT ALL!!!!!! Also, you can file a claim and they’ll give you basically no money and deduct $35 from what they deem fair. STAY AWAY!!!! I included a few pics
I hired this company to move my family. The movers that came out Stole a 1600.00 computer brand new in the box. When I contacted the company the customer relations manager call my wife and I a lie. He told us that his employees stole nothing. I filed a police report and the company still called us a lie. I showed them the receipt for the computer and the company said it was never a computer. This place is a scam. They tell you one price and price gouge once your things are on the truck. Awful company
I only needed 1 piece of furniture moved. It was an expensive and heavy piece that we couldn’t move on our own. The coordinator at All My Sons who planned and scheduled my move informed me I’d be charged $129/hour with a $50 discount. The DAY OF my move, I got a call from the manager telling me I’d be charged $387 since there’s a minimum fee required. They charge you $129 for “travel time.” This travel time doesn’t include the time they’re working for you. It includes the time it takes them to arrive to your initial location... read more
RecommendedWe had an excellent experience with ALL MY SONS Moving handling our move today. They communicated well and kept us aware of all progress throughout a multi-step move. Donovan Graham and his crew arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful. They worked very diligently throughout the day and were very organized.
