THIS is how this company does business: Breakdown of miscommunication and misinformation 1- I had my office manager call around to get quotes on the move. 2- Virginia in your call center informed her that we would have a $199/fee for 3 men and we had a 4 hour minimum time included but that it was inclusive of material, labor etc. 3- my office manager informs me of this, but not regarding a separate fee for drive time. 4- I get a call regarding the move by Brandon and he goes through some of the details of move say... read more

Okay, let me preface this by saying I am not usually one to leave reviews so if I take the time to write one, either some seriously amazingness has gone down, or some serious fuckery has. If you expect to move on the day you schedule and get honest communication throughout the process, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My move was scheduled for a Monday, by 1:00p I had not heard anything about when movers would arrive. I called and was told the move before me went over by 3 hours. At 4p, after still not getting any calls, I called again and was told movers were on their way and the driver would call me. We had a terrible experience with this company. We indicated that we had a preference to move in the morning, and two days before our move they called and let us know our time slot was “after lunch.” We stayed flexible and adjusted our move schedule accordingly. Fast forward to 1 pm on moving day and we have not received so much as a call from All My Sons. We called 3 times, and each time we were told the movers were still finishing the house before us. We initially called All My Sons to help us move our furniture into a new place. Everything seemed great upfront. The people on the phone were friendly and it was an ease to schedule. However, we were called less than 12 hours before the movers were supposed to come help us move for them to cancel on us! Given that our contract said that if we cancel or changed our minds, we had to give 48 hours notice. I understand staffing issues happen, but they did not even guarantee us a second day to help. My wife recently spoke on the phone with them and while trying to get an estimate the lady she was speaking on the phone with just hung up. So we moved on to another company.
