Definitely don't choose this place. They will bait you in with a reasonable cost and change the terms midway through to charge significantly more. General manager is highly unethical.
I would NOT recommend this moving company! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! They quoted us $370, and we ended up paying almost $1200! They got to our house late, with two movers. One of the movers spent most of his time in the back of the truck on his phone. We hired them to just pack up the trailer (we were moving out of state), and they packed it so badly that we had many broken items. I called to get a estimate and was informed high end costs in $400.00, then I was provided a bill of over $800 dollars. The two movers added supply costs which included plastic wrap only. I boxed all of my belongings and even moved a large quantity of smaller items to my new place. Two movers take a longer time to work. They were not fast in order to rack up time I would ultimately pay for. I don't even know where to start... They accidentally backed their truck into my house, the move cost twice what was estimated (over $4000 instead of $2000), they scratched up and broke furniture, unprofessional behavior (threw a couch off second story deck, beat on it like rabid monkeys - to be fair it was supposed to be put out by a dumpster, but really?), left a mess at old house, AND I suspect they stole an expensive electronic item, but of course I have no way to prove this and therefore probably no recourse. Terrible!
I want to warn anyone thinking of using All My Sons Moving. They are very unprofessional, broke several items, charged me for supplies that were not needed. Currently I have several open cases filed with state and federal agencies. Mr Smith went so far as to tell me it was because I was a woman I couldn't grasp what he was saying.
Inexperienced team. Did not wrap furniture adequately. Damaged furniture.
Love that the manager is rude, condescending, and acts like everything is an inconvenience! Don't use this place. Ever. 2 Men and a Truck is so much friendlier and more reliable !!
The crew of extremely younger gentlemen were very unorganized and very slow at moving any of the bigger pieces that we had. As of right now I haven't even seen how much damage was incurred to any or all of my property. I willl never recommend or ever use this company again.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
delivered with various missing items! was told by the supervisor when he was there the items i reported never existed! how would he know plus i had to pick up my vehicle while they were packing also they had an over night motel stay plenty of time to cherry pick
