Zero out of 5 stars, if I didn't have to choose even 1. All My Sons needs to get out of the business. They never called the morning of the move to double-confirm they're coming. We spent 3 hours on hold only to have our reservation to move get spontaneously canceled. No apology, no manager call, just a short call from someone in Dallas (we're in Albuquerque) saying sorry/not sorry, 6 hours after our moving day should've begun. Fuck all the way off.

I wish there was a negative star for the rating! Still waiting on police investigation of my Jewerly that came up missing the day of my move. Over 10k in one of a kind native american Jewerly. I am so heartbroken. When I spoke with management I was told to go look again I must have misplaced it. Please give it back!

Hi highly recommend you DO NOT use this business! They hire thieves and do not hold them accountable. They stole over 10K of custom jewelry from us yesterday (11/26/24). We didn't get any cooperation from the business owners. They refused to interview their workers. A police report was made due to the monetary total that was stolen.

They were all for moving our one item until they called last minute saying they were not going to make it due to having a dirt road because they don't want to mess up their trucks! I asked for my on my deposit said he do it right away and just hung up. Would not recommend!

This review is difficult to explain... Part of their service was outstanding.. while the other was as sad as you can get. I purposely called around to many movers in the Albuquerque area to find someone that could move my 94 year old mother from one apartment to another in the same Senior Living Facility. When I confirmed with All My Sons, I was assured that the movers would be there to help me get her moved quickly first thing in the morning. son Ryan and his girlfriend just used this company today in Denver, Colorado. They were quoted that the 5 mile job would be $200. They had about 10 items that they needed to get moved to their new place. After the move was finished they were charged $1000 for the move. When asked why they were told of hidden fees. One fee was $40 for each roll tape. Ryan was able to talk them down to $700. However, this is just a bait and switch scheme. Do not trust this company. All my sons moved our entire home into storage for 3 months and then moved everything to our new home in NM. We paid for the very expensive insurance (881.00) for the move to NM. Arriving in NM there were several pieces damaged and all hardware, feet and remote or our adjustable bed was missing. I have filed a claim and was denied because even though they were the moving company for both moves, they were not liable because they did not have control over the storage unit. I hired this company to move 6 office desks and was quoted just over$300.00. The movers took 3 hours to move the desk from one location to the other, which was approximately a 10 minute commute. In doing a walk through unfortunately after the movers were gone it was found that the largest desk 7 ft in length with hutch was left behind. After,2 days trying to reach a live person it was arranged for movers to go back for the desk. Oh, shoot, I should have checked the Yelp rating before booking! Most of my items got moved, I think. Three days later, I'm still trying to identify what's in each gigantic box that I can't move on my own. Items were not carefully packed. Food and nonfood items were thrown together without caution. One box of stuff is now covered in cornmeal. Half of the items in the kitchen were just left there for me to move myself.
