I've recently moved and I had to hire movers. I chose this company because they had good reviews and they were responsive. The estimator that was supposed to come out, didn't. They chose to do an over the phone estimate. At the 2nd location, the estimator came out and was thorough in listing everything. The price was good. The movers were careful with the load. All My Sons did my move across the country a few weeks ago and things did not go well. They told me that the quote I was given would go down dependent on how much packing we did ourselves. We did a lot of packing but no price adjustment was given. In fact, the price ended up being increased due to "fees". There were also issues with communication. One is far too many stars. I never hired this moving company but someone in my apartment complex did, they block several cars and a handicap space. I was very nice and asked them how long they think this job would take as me and my boyfriend (who is parked in the handicap spot that is blocked in) had to go to work. Looked at me and said "idk like an hour?" When i asked if they could move they told me again "it should only take hour." Too bad zero stars is not an option. I talk to a friendly voice and get a quote that would ballpark 3-400ish then when the movers arrive they start packing, try to make me sign a document that states the minimum would be an additional $568 on top of the $100 deposit. One of the movers even says you should cancel the move, ill come back and do it for a fraction of the cost. Long story short, sent 3 people but was more like 1.75 persons. Took 12.5 hours due to inefficiency, joking, and messing around. Final bill was incorrect and MUCH more than the quote. Management claims they gave a discount, they just corrected what they overcharged us. Feedback with management fell on deaf ears. Not the experience I expected from a professional company. Hind sight, NEVER pay by the hour.

Not even good enough for a one star. Don't waste your money. Quoted $120/hr but charged $150/hr Per mover. Incompetent movers, over priced, and promised that they can complete the move but didn't. Arrived at the wrong address. Waste time talking how they can move instead of actually moving. Didn't have tools. Had to call their boss. Still couldn't complete the move. Had to call another company to finish. This is the worst.

Used them for a move and while the two young men who moved me were very good and careful with my items, the issue I have is with the office personnel. We were quoted and hourly rate plus a fuel surcharge and when the move was complete I was informed that there was a 1 hour travel time charge on top of everything else. A move that was supposed to cost about$400 ended up costing over $635. Lots of hidden fees. When we called and questioned them the 'manager' was rude and demeaning and very uncooperative. We called to set up the move and were told the rate was $99, that blankets were free, and there was a 1-hour charge for travel time. They also reminded me about the NM tax. However, when I called to verify the day before the move, I was told the rate is $109 and there is a 3-hour minimum. And a fuel surcharge. Then there was a charge for shrink wrap which was not really needed, and a charge for tape. Everything (except electronics) was wrapped in blankets, taped, and shrink-wrapped in multiple layers. Used them to move my house the guys showed up on time and were professional especially copper the manager on the other had was so rude and unprofessional they were suppose to email me and collect a deposit they never did wasn't me fault they never sent it went I called him they charged my double the quote and said I convinced someone to not take a deposit from me like I was trying to be shadey or something so unprofessional you do not speak to clients like this especially when it was his company that did not email me back do... read more
