Absolute nightmare! They stole my belongings and charged more than agreed upon price. October 2022 estimator Josh gave an estimate with 3 different "not to exceed" prices. 1st option was if they packed the entire home. 2nd option was if they wrapped/boxed my mirrors, TVs and large artwork. 3rd option was if they did not pack anything, just moved it all. Six month later review about a cross country move: Awful experience. Looks like q bunch of sleepy, eye encrusted teens with no clue of how to pack. Our first day felt good and the next slid downhill right away. We used U-Hall Pods that came with blankets and U-Haul was great. The movers did not use the blankets and were prepared to leave the blankets behind. They lost some hardware to my bed frames that render a quick rebuild useless. We used this company for the move from Houston to Dallas. All our belongings were transported to storage (meaning we didn't have an opportunity to do an audit). As it happens, now that we relocated everything to the new permanent residence, when we unpacked everything, we discovered that some of our most valuable items - such crystal glasses, a large (40+) amount of brand new designer shirts and pants, and expensive ($250+ per piece) set of kitchenware went mysteriously missing. Do yourself a favor and go check out their yelp reviews. You will be glad you did. This is a really cut and dry story. Their team came out TWICE to give my client an estimate of services. I called a week before to make sure they're packing up everything. They assured me it's a small move with very little stuff, so they've should be done by 1 pm and off to the new house shortly after. 4pm rolls around, and the workers are told they need to stop packing and head to the new house. READ REVIEWS FIRST. I hired this company over 1 month ago to help load for a cross country move. The initial estimate provider was very helpful, professional, and kind. They quoted a high price, but I agreed to it because I am a 2hr drive from where they are located. They called me about 2 weeks prior to the move to confirm - and we confirmed the date. They left a lamp plus several other items sitting outside of the house I moved out of. In the house I moved into they left stuff laying in the street. I had to clean up the trash they left behind and make an extra trip to take the stuff they left to my new house. I paid way more than I thought I would as they charge a $149 "Travel Charge", and they charge you for the tape and shrink wrap they use to secure the blankets they wrap your furniture in. If I could give this company a negative 10 I would. I used them before and it wasn't the best the 1st time however I pushed the broken items to the side and didn't report it. I told myself I was just not going to go through them again. When I called I did not know it was the same company until the driver came in and stated he moved me into the home we were moving out of. Worst moving company ever. They charge me $1000 more at 9 o'clock at night and told me that they would not take the rest of my furniture and boxes off from their truck unless I paid them. I paid them and then they threw the boxes and furniture in the driveway and in the garage. They would not bring things in as promised and agreed-upon. They were horrible do not use them
