This is the WORST moving company I have ever dealt with. I chose them due to the very personable (beware of him!) estimator assuring me they would take extra care with our belongings (I was VERY specific about what I wanted before he gave us the quote), do everything exactly as I requested, etc. They were far from the cheapest quote I received, but I was willing to pay the extra for better service and to be sure our belongings weren't damaged, dirty, etc upon arrival. This company damaged some items. I sent in a claim, following all instructions. Even my manager supposedly spoke to the manager and was told my claim was on the desk to be paid, nothing, and 4 months later no response, not even a letter. I would not recommend this company for moving. I used another competitor, Two men and a truck, with no problems. Very disappointed in the service. By the way, I had most of the work done and they needed only put my things into storage.

Awful. Maybe all of the local moving companies are bad, but definitely start your search elsewhere. Expensive and unprofessional. They damaged my furniture and told me I could file a claim for damages. I went through their EXTENSIVE process to file a claim, and never paid out anything. Completely unhappy will never use this company ever again.

All My Sons turned our move from Idaho to Illinois into our worst moving nightmare! We used them to pack and move us. They gave a low estimate in order to get the business, and then our belongings were held hostage at the end for an additional $4000. The packers ran out of boxes, said they would return with more, but never came back to finish the packing job. I had an awful experience using this moving company. They were an hour late, took 7 hours to load a 2 bedroom home, complained about moving heavy objects up the stairs. I have damaged furniture (some antiques) and door jams. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Unbelievably awful. Damage was done, and the estimate was just a guess - and move was stopped when price went over estimate for complete move by 1/3 - with move not even finished. Damage to several pieces of furniture that we signed for and no one ever followed up or returned phone calls on damage. When it was discovered a leak was created when the fridge was hooked up incorreclty, my insurance company was told the people responsible did not have insurance.

These guys are nice but good god they move like snails and one was on his phone multiple times texting what the heck ?! Moved 15 mins away and it cost 450 bucks ! Lame would not recommend these slow pokes , at times I wanted to jump out and help them myself !!! Oh and two things got broken too lovely

Very disappointing service and help. Packed 2 moving trucks for us and didn't wrap any furniture when we had given them blankets to use. We fed them lunch and when we arrived at our new house the truck was full of their dirty pizza plates and empty drink bottles. Almost all of our wood furniture was damaged and scraped up. We also opened the trucks and it looked like a jigsaw puzzle. Everything was flown around everywhere and entwined with each other. Will never use them again or refer them to anyone.
