I was charged multiple additional fees that weren't disclosed up front, such as purchase packing tape, TV box, TV wrap which was an old blanket that I had to buy, and much more. My next move 9 months later was nearly exactly half the price.

Don't do it -- these guys hook you with a cheap estimate and then tack on extra money as previous reviewers have said. First estimate: $3,700. Now we just paid for another truck so we're up to $5,800 and that's not including labor. That and we had to stay an extra day because they wouldn't send us the truck -- so we're a day behind schedule on the move and paying for their screwy estimate. If you have given this company a good review on their employees, chances are you will not see that person again. This company totally scams there employees, they will not pay them for travel time. Both state and federal law requires an employer pay an employee be paid for all hours worked or hours the employee is under the control of the employer. Shame on them!!!!

Worst consumer experience of my life! Hired the Boise, Idaho franchise to move my wife and I 12 miles from Boise to Eagle ID. Totally destroyed my toolbox when one of their workers pushed the box down the truck ramp and let it 'freewheel' down the ramp unassisted. When it hit the end of the ramp, the box turned over and dumped my tools into the snow on our driveway. Much of the toolbox was so damaged the drawers would not open. All my Sons moving company was so far off from their estimate!! I wont ever use them again. What's the point in getting an estimate if it doesn't hold any weight? The lead guy was good to work with and was willing to negotiate, But his boss (Brian) wouldn't budge on the end price even though I had a written estimate. It would've been nice if they would've at least met me halfway from their estimate and what it actually coat. Very disappointed. Two of the workers were very slow. $ 1 8 0 0 to PARTIALLY move a three bedroom house a few miles down the road. I hired All My Sons to move my 3-bedroom house a few miles down the road. They sent over two young kids and a reasonable sized truck. I thought, well, they might be stronger than they look. It took the new guy about 15 minutes to try to figure out how to get the paperwork together for me to sign - part of which was the fact that I was paying them for this 15 minutes. Boy, do I wish we'd read reviews before we called this clown show! Moved less than a mile from existing to new home. Not only did their final bill come in *Twenty Five Percent* ABOVE their "estimate" (time for the estimator to get some actual training, y'think?) - we're in the process of unpacking, and discover that they've just thrown pantry items into boxes loose, spilling spices, oil, cornmeal, etc., AND just throwing heavy jars and boxes (peanut butter, kosher salt) onto bags of chips and bread items - smashing them to... read more

Disappointing experience with this company. Yes they did move our small office without damaging most of our things, but they broke several pieces of furniture. This happened because they picked up furniture by the legs or by drawer handles rather than the body of the furniture itself. When asked, they told us the screws holding the handles on the drawers are too flimsy. This was not what I expected. A man and his son showed up in a Penske rental, smelled like smoke and simply looked annoyed to be there. the son acted like it was too early to be moving around, and he wasn't quite awake yet. was a slow process and a lot of standing around, also complaining that they had to be to there next job, it was because of management and they scheduled the moves too close together.
