This company will straight lie to you about their costs and then throw expensive additions on your bill when it is time to pay. They have added a 18%(!!!!) Fuel surcharge to the bill. That 18% is in no way related to how much fuel is used it is a flat 18% addition to the entire bill! They charge a trip charge and then charge an additional hourly labor charge on top of that. DO NOT USE! We had scheduled our move over a month in advance, called to confirm a few days before our move, and they cancelled the DAY OF!!! Why did they cancel? Because they're employees had heat exhaustion. Well guess what, we live in Texas, get a new job if you can't handle the heat. Not only did they cancel, but they let us know only an hour and 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up. The manager was also very rude and very unapologetic about the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
ZERO STARS!! Omg. Worst experience ever. I am so disappointed! They canceled hours before they were suppose to arrive to help me move. When I called and asked why, I was told they were "too tired." Too tired to do your job I am paying you for?! The manager was VERY RUDE and unapologetic. Borderline GASLIGHTING me. I would never recommend this company and am upset I even wasted my time.
Been waiting for over an hour and no one can tell me anything about where the movers are or how close they are being done with their first move. Would not recommend them at all unless you want to be waiting for hours. Very frustrating.
I will NEVER book a move with this company again. The managers I spoke with were extremely rude to me from start to finish. One guy by the name of Eric wouldn't even allow me to speak to a supervisor to express my concerns, when I insisted 4 times. The movers were extremely slow, except one, they sent 3 movers. In a 2 hour time frame the only thing that was loaded onto the truck was 1 dryer, 2 dining room chairs, 2 mattress and 2 dressers.....nothing was wrapped, I even started helping once I noticed how slow they continued ... read more
All my Sons moving was a terrible experience. We planned our move a month ahead and were cancelled on last minute the day of the move. Not only did they not show up, but they never called to let us know they were not showing up. The employees were incredibly rude every time I spoke with them. They were able to offer us a discount off of fuel and 20% off materials of which they used a ton of (of course). It was still well over $1000 for a two bedroom move. I would strongly advise everyone to stay clear of the company.
would give them a zero star but just wanted to post a review but as soon as i came on yelp it seems like the reviews are already there my mistake for not looking. HORRIBLE COMPANY. i will be suing for false advertising
I was completely blindsided at the end of my move. I moved from a 520 sq ft apt with 1 bed, a couch, a chest of drawers and 4 very small end tables. I had about 15-20 medium size boxes and some plastic storage containers and files. 6-7 of those. The storage we moved to was about 1/4-1/2 a mile away (just around the corner, literally). I'm not a yelper but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!! Actual physical labor employees/movers are great and hardworking BUT too bad the business is a RIP OFF!!! It is so expensive they max out every single way to charge you for everything. The charge that was originally quoted just kept going up every time I talked to them. I should have run the first time I got a hint that they quoted me incorrectly.
