DO NOT EVER HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY. They moved our house in December and did $10K worth of damage to our furniture and household items. The crew showed up without any tools to move appliances. They broke our master bed frame, broke our reclining couch, it no longer reclines, they put a huge tear in the couch leather, put a divet in our coffee table, put a massive chip in our brand new marble countertop and lost/broke several of our lamps and personal items. I was told over the phone that shrink wraps and pads would be used during the move. When it came down to pay I was charged for those items!!!! Admin was very ride over the phone, and condescending. I would not use this company again due to ain, the movers do all pf the work and were great!!!!
Do yourself a favor and don't use them. They won't unload all your furniture and will keep it even after 10+ calls over a span of 7 days. They refuse to problem solve and many of the customer service reps are extremely rude and unprofessional. Once they get their money for the move, they don't care about you anymore. Stay away.
0 stars. They caused 10k worth in damages to our furniture & new custom home. Guess how much they gave us to cover their damages? 498$. What a joke it a company. Don't use them-they don't stand behind what they say & don't backup their work. Pitiful. RUN from this company.
Yes, move with all of my sons was a horrible experience. Me and my husband move often because of our jobs. This is our 4th move in the last two years. With the same amount of furniture/items and almost the same square footage with this move as the previous ones. Normally it has never taken more than seven hours and each move is roughly around $1100. The movie with all my sons took almost 12 hours and cost us $2500 for a two bedroom move. Avoid this company at all costs. Overpriced. Fuel surcharge is not based on amount of fuel used, but total cost of the move. Non-communicative via email when there are questions. There were three men to do the move, but everything took them forever which I'm guessing is because they drag their feet due to the fact that the charges are hourly. Go with another company. Seriously.
Terrible experience in Dallas. I used this company ten years ago, and they did a good job. This time it was a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM! The working crew was friendly and worked hard. However, the lead person on both crews was on their phones or pretty much doing as little as possible. They refused to fill the trucks completely. This is going to be a long review, so sorry folks, but bottom line! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is my first time reviewing a company online... I recognize that a dissatisfied customer is usually a result of 1. Unrealistic expectations the customer has or 2. A genuine misunderstanding. The actual movers we good, could have moved faster since we paid $220/Hour. The prices to move was extreme and will never use them again. The extra trip charge and fuel charge was a joke. They were vague on the pricing and I paid $1954 to move 15 miles with 2 bedrooms and living room stuff plus boxes. I moved more items about 18 months ago for about 1/2 the price and they were much faster.
