Deceptive trade practices. Lazy staff. Put everything in writing on your quote as they lied to our face. Realtor said there are much better options in Dallas; we had poor experience with an inter neighborhood move.

How the hell does a move from Dallas to Richardson for 10 boxes, 1 TV, 1 couch, and a couple of bookshelves cost $1000???? Not to mention they scratched my TV.

DO NOT USE this shit company for moving your belongings. I repeat do not use this company!!!! The absolute worst moving experience ever. Dan Pelle the estimator and office boy Antwone who runs his mouth more than he does listen are both in Dallas Texas area. They lack professionalism, will overcharge, and did not return calls or emails after the shit-show experience we had. 0/5 Stars. They will damage your home and refuse to pay. All My Sons Moving smashed our chandelier with a couch, and broke the banister on our stairs and offered a $150 settlement for damages that cost me close to $3000. During the move a representative from the local office called to check in. I told her about the damage and she assured me that they would send someone out personally to replace the light fixture. This company charges by the hour so they spent days just taking apart random things like chairs, candle operas, and furniture into a million pieces and then left them for us to figure out how to put back together. They also put many dents in our walls and scratches of the floor of our brand new home. Now they will not respond to us even though we have sent them numerous messages and photos and called several different phone numbers. Do NOT use this company.

I was charged $1016.44 for a 2-bedroom apartment to be moved 15 miles to a storage facility. Took 3.5 hours in total. They nickel and dime for fuel charge and a travel time charge which other moving companies I've used don't do. Boxes were fully packed, and all furniture was protected before they even showed up. They scratched up the washer and dryer because they didn't put a protective cover over them while moving them to the truck and while it was in transport. Avoid this company like the plague.

Will NEVER use this company again!! They broke my 5 month old, 86", $1500 tv, my ceiling fan (which had to be replaced, not repaired) and dropped my 2,000 Lb. safe on the concrete!!! They offered me $800+ for restitution even after I had previously paid a significant amount for extra coverage!!! The movers themselves even told me that because I had the additional coverage, that I would be FULLY COMPENSATED for the damages and I should receive a new TV. SCAMMERS!! The movers were great! I'd rate them 10 stars, but the company over all gets ZERO stars! They quoted me $209 over the phone... Cool! But once they have all your items on their truck and it's time for them to deliver them. They mention all these extra fees that was never mentioned over the phone I was charged $206.91 for fuel (20 min ride same zip code) and $209 for travel time These are all things they didn't mention over the phone. they charged us 800 to move 5 minutes away, lied and said it will be 50 percent off ,because they changed the moving date. Come to find out it was just 50 off! I feel like we got ripped off.It was suppose to be 189 a hour. They started at 9:15 and finished at 11:30.That should not be 800 dollars! I'm. mad as hell!! I don't recommend them and will never use them again!!
