I've never felt the need to give a bad review on Yelp. If it's bad I just never go back! But I don't want other ppl going to this company and getting ripped off like I did!! The movers took their sweet ass time and would go missing for 10 to 15 minutes at a time! Just to move out of my one bedroom it took over three hours.. then we still had to go to the new apt maybe 10 minutes away. There was traffic so it took me 20 minutes. It took the movers 40 minutes. I was charged $77.30 for one roll of their tape (which had I known I'd be charged for , I would've given them my tape , of which I had plenty) and for shrink wrapping 4 PCs furniture (I asked them to give me the shrink wrapped that was left over that I paid for, twice, and didn't ever get it). Would love to post pics of the recliner stacked upside down in the storage unit. B/C my daughter had to move w/in 24 hrs I booked one day for the next. Hired this scammy company for a local move. Cancelled two days later. They promised a refund of he $250 deposit they charged. A month later, I still have no refund.
Nice guys but completely slow. We live in a two bedroom apartment and it took them 6 HOURS! Everything was already packed. The total was over 1500!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. We were quoted for two hours, for just over 300. This is a horrible company. They used some blankets to wrap the furniture and charged us 179!!!!!!! Complete scam.
I honestly do not recommend this moving service to anyone I know and don't know. They were horrible. They sent out three 18 year olds who were not strong or good at anything. One had an ankle monitor. Do not use this moving company. It's not worth your time or hard earned money. On top of that please read the contract before you sign. They will really stab you in the back with that contract.
Will take advantage of your situation especially if you're in a bind. They will charge exorbitant rates by low balling you then raising their rates during the move. My daughter was quoted $1400 and charged $2000 for a 1 bedroom apartment move of 50 miles. Not I do not recommend them.
Total rip off. Moved 5 miles and charged me 140$ for fuel. Used half a roll of tape but charged me for 6 because they come in a 6 pack for 60$. I was literally the only one sweating, maybe because I'm the idiot paying 149$ and hour for one guy to work, one guy to supervise him and the other guy to ask the supervisor what he should do next. Won't use these guys again! Everything was fine until moving day! They called at 10:20 am and said they were 23 mins away. Waited an hour and a half and nothing. I called and they said the truck got rerouted to another job and it would be here between 1:00 and 2:00. Still nothing at 2:00. They called me and said a worker got injured (I'm sorry for that) and they assigned another truck to me but that truck was currently loading and they had no idea when it would be my way. The guys were really nice, but super slow. As a nice person I hate saying this. This was a terrible experience. I had movers when I left my last apartment they were in and out in an hour from Kemp to Dallas. It was $300 minus tip. These guys took forever. I mean I pretty much started helping them. They put my vinyl records in first when I told them they were super precious to me and it's hot out.
