Terrible experience in Dallas. I used this company ten years ago, and they did a good job. This time it was a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM! The working crew was friendly and worked hard. However, the lead person on both crews was on their phones or pretty much doing as little as possible. They refused to fill the trucks completely. This is going to be a long review, so sorry folks, but bottom line! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is my first time reviewing a company online... I recognize that a dissatisfied customer is usually a result of 1. Unrealistic expectations the customer has or 2. A genuine misunderstanding. The actual movers we good, could have moved faster since we paid $220/Hour. The prices to move was extreme and will never use them again. The extra trip charge and fuel charge was a joke. They were vague on the pricing and I paid $1954 to move 15 miles with 2 bedrooms and living room stuff plus boxes. I moved more items about 18 months ago for about 1/2 the price and they were much faster. Do not use All My Sons! I have moved 3 times in 6 years and it took them 2 hours longer than another other movers with 1 more person. They take too long to wrap items and they seemed focused on only meeting the time length the provided. They do not go faster. Also - when you call customer service, they are not open to providing credits to your account. Even if you give feedback on movers taking breaks. Also - the team I had was on their phone many times. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I went online to book them and someone called me right back. I thought this was gonna be great. I Informed the man on the phone that it was a storage and with two guys it should be quick. He ask me was there any furniture and I replied a couple of bookshelves but no big furniture. Absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had. The first 2 guys that showed up took 8 hours to load the truck! (2 bedrooms, 1 living room and kitchen) Then once they came to the new address to unload they unloaded a handful of items and then LEFT WITH MY PROPERTY, and returned to their warehouse. After a night of sleeping on the floor, 2 new guys came with my property only to tell me that there were damages. It took them 6 HOURS to unload the truck and they complained the entire time. I have use this company 3 times so far. The first two were good experiences, however the last was terrible. We hired them to move our belonging from a POD back into our condo after a 3 month remodel. Due to the location the POD, they decided to first move everything from the POD onto their truck so they could move it closer to the condo, I was fine with that knowing it would probably add some extra time. I paid $1,500 and every piece of my furniture got chipped. Including my dining room table, bar, dresser, my bed frame got bent, and my nightstand got scratched. In addition. When they brought the furniture in they caused a lot of damage to the entire door frame and seriously messed up some of the brand new paint. Workers / movers were awesome, they took great care with all my furniture to ensure it wasn't damaged. That said, this is the most un-ethical company I've EVER worked with! They quoted me $189 per hour and estimated my move would take 3 hours and would be approximately $700 based on everything I stated would be moved. I listed EVERYTHING specifically, all furniture, no boxes. $1805 and 6 hours later...fuel charge, travel charge, wrapping, packaging and moving supply charges. DO NOT USE this company for your move!
