THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. To say that I was shocked when it was time to pay would be an understatement. I felt like I was being oversold when they offered me three guys, but I went with it anyway because I trusted the judgment on behalf of your company. -1000000000 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. Used this moving company for a short move about 30 mins in total. Trusted them with our stuff and they broke our 1600 dollar brand new television. They told us to file a claim and we did receipts and all and they offered 175 dollars in compensation. 175 dollars on a 1600 dollar TV. DO NOT USE THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERTY OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. This company is a rip off! They charged almost $600 for a 1 hr move, quoting labor minimums, and fuel and trip charges which are all just redundant fees to swindle customers. How is the fuel not a part of the trip? How are the laborers not paid from the minimum labor charge? Buyer beware! There are many other reasonable and ethical movers to choose from, please avoid this one!

READ THE LIABILITY SECTION CAREFULLY. I originally gave this company 5 stars despite the unprofessional staff that complained throughout the entire process even after I warned them ahead of time the elevator in our new place did not work. This was the entire reason we hired movers but I let it slide because I understand it was unpleasant. I used this company to move me out of my 742 sq ft apartment. It took them 3 1/2 hours and they charged $750. They were not able to dissemble my bed as they did not have the necessary tools, so I would have to re hire them to get it out. My movers were great this company isn't, a lot of add on fees and ridiculous pricing. Find another company.

This company is a rip off. It does not take 3 hours to move a one bedroom apartment with everything already packed. All was needed was to remove and load . The driver went to wrong storage with took more time to get to the right one bringing me to my 3 hour. Charged me that extra hour so from $ 682 to $882 on their mistake. Please do not use this company. They are the most slow, unprofessional, horrible moving company I have ever experienced. They showed up a hour late and then spent most of their time talking and taking smoke breaks. 30 minutes into the move they approached me about a tip. The time they were actually working was wrapping my stuff excessively to ensure they would need more time and material so they could charge me more. Read the full itemization of your agreement. They charged for services never rendered and items /rooms in my home that weren't even entered into, let alone actually moved. When questioned they refused to correct the estimate and we were grossly charged. Cut off the snakes head because after the many conversations, corporate doesn't care that the sales people violate disclosures. I should have checked yelp first. Never again.
