Trying to get in our parking space. They were blocking it. I'm disabled. When I told them the smart remark was well we can block you in for a couple hours. Very rude.
This really was a terrible experience...it cost almost twice the amount I was told, excess packing materials used that I was charged for and one of the guys grumbling the whole day about he hadn't had a day off and was tired. So sorry...this was a move from hell. Started at 9:00 something and didn't wind up until 12 hours later. I'm sure they would say the same thing. A friend recommended them, but I will NOT.
My daughter contacted you about moving her 1 bedroom apartment back to our house. So many emails and calls, she just ignored all. I called for what needed to be moved and quotes. Not one person at Carrollton location EVER advised me that an hour flat rate will be added to the total time until today! Sabrina was the person who advised me when I asked. Yup! Charged triple what was quoted! Didn't perform services quoted and left the rest unfinished. �
So is this your idea of a good move first you under qoute about three times the actual amount that you charged us the quote was 366 you charged $900 and along the way your guy gets hurt twist his ankle and he can no longer work efficiently so I get to help move my own stuff that I hired you guys for which is amazing as you can see by the picture I moved all that stuff by myself just to help make sure you didn't charge us anymore I still got to move all that stuff and more with my fiance. What a joke! Deceitful, dishonest, cheating scumbags! You should be ashamed of yourselves! My greatest mistake is that I trusted the name of All My Sons and didn't check these reviews! It looks like you have ripped off plenty of people in the area. Well I hope you enjoy my savings while I enjoy my ramen noodles in my new home! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
