HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMOANY AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!!! SORRY!!! They give horrible estimates, come shorthanded, and charge an arm and a leg when you basically have your house totally packed. My stuff is in storage....at another location and they sure as HE.. ARE NOT moving it to my home! This makes my second bad experience with this company. I was too stupid to remember they were the ones I used in 2014 and were as bad then as they were on this move!!! We had heard that all my sons was a great moving company and easy to do business with so we booked them for our recent move. The crew they sent was headed by an extremely brusque man who clearly had an anger management issue. He was very short with me, my mother, and my mother in law on several occasions. He boasted that he normally does not move people from apartments because he is doing multi-million dollar home moves. These guys moved us last Sat. I would not recommend them at all. Before I rant I will say this. The three man crew worked hard and did a great job. It was their management that is terrible. The move was quoted at 4 hours but took 81/4 hours. They did not explain all their up charges at first. Didn't explain the 12% fuel surcharge on top of charging 1 hour for travel and gas. Didn't mention overtime until halfway through the move. Ended up twice as much as original Quote. They bait and switch you with inaccurate quotes. Bewa... read more

I called them to report in after witnessing one of their trucks back up, smashing my tail light with their rear impact guard, I called these folks to report what had happened. You would think they were on a script with how fast and how easy they jumped to trying to discredit my claim. They outright said to me "well, anyone could just call up and claim that this happened." After a non productive conversation and a promise they would "investigate internally" and call me back, they snubbed me for two weeks until I had to chas... read more
