Pensacola, FL Location Customer service and communication on the day of move was terrible. Booked them 6 weeks out and Anthony was very helpful and provide great service. James called 2 days prior to the move to confirm and gave me a start time of 9-930am. Day of move, it was 10am, no movers, no phone call from them. I had a long distance move with All My Son's Moving. The movers were excellent, but I have had a very hard time getting my finalized bill. I have reached out several times and no one has responded to me. It really makes me wonder if they are hiding something. Did they pad the bill?? I don't know because they really don't care about you once the move is complete. Sean Warden College Station, TX

I had scheduled a time to discuss a move with this company and found these reviews. I called back an hour later and canceled the appointment. I received a call back from the general manager asking if they did something wrong. I explained the reason why, and he got angry and insulted me. It proves the earned ratings here, and I am ecstatic I did not use this company. They aggressively hound you when you do not choose them. I had to block them to stop their calls.

I chose this mover without reading reviews on the web. Yep... huge mistake #1. I needed them to move my stuff 5 miles. In that span they managed to dent the front of my fridge, ruin my sofa, and lose a box of our clothes! Amazing right? The conversation about the damages with their general manager didn't go well. This company is by far the WORST you will ever hire. I wish I had seen all these reviews. Just like HUNDREDS of others, they overcharge you and damage ALL your stuff. We arranged to have our stuff moved only a block away and it was disastrous. The quoted price wasnt even close to what they charged us, which was $800. Fees for mattress protectors, bubble wrap and various "supplies" they never used. We had thousands of dollars of damage done by these crooks and a $1,000 table completely destroyed. I had their sales rep come to my home to give me an actual estimate, which was $1000. less than the final charges. the final moving expenses were increased due to the firm billing me for two extra hours to load the trucks, as they did not have enough staff to bring two bobtail trucks as quoted and promised. We were moving 2 hours out of the Metroplex, which is a trip I have made many times before the actual move and know it is only a 2 hour drive each way. I purchased a dining table/chairs online. I contacted All My Sons for an estimate for a dining table, 8 chairs, and 2 table leaves being moved from one town to another, approximately 35 miles apart. If you don't mind throwing your money away then go ahead! I MOST DEFINITELY wouldn't be using these guys anymore! Was quoted 169 per hour with 3 hour minimum. The workers started at 8:30am and finished at 10:40am and to my knowledge I was roughly thinking maybe 575ish or so but nope! My bill was 698.57 and the main guy told me I couldn't get my items off the truck until the bill was paid and not to mention the $100 deposit I'd had already paid. Will not use this company again. They said we would pay around $800 something, once the move was halfway completed they told us it was double that amount!! I was upset and will NEVER USE THEM again. The workers was nice and kool and did their jobs, one guy was throwing our stuff into the walls smh but DO NOT USE THEM. Prices are crazy but if you can afford it go for it
