Well right now I’m sitting at about $6000 worth of damages possibly more! As I watch them drag my brand new sleep number mattress instead of carried it, that left a huge hole in the bottom of it! Also the crew was not prepared they ran out of tape or just didn’t want to go back to the truck to get tape so they use three rows of my personal type they also only brought one mattress protector when I asked for two! We were quoted a 4 hr move for a one bedroom apartment on the third floor. When my boyfriend repeatedly asked for an actual quote including fees he just got the hourly rate. We scheduled them for Sunday and at first they were supposed to come between noon-2. Then it started storming so they said their first move of the day had run long and they would be at our place by 4. 4 comes and goes with no word from them. We had all my sons move us back in July. Not only were the guys slow, unprofessional, and rude. They didn’t want to be there and they continually ate up the clock. We had only a few rooms to move, the kitchen and closets were already packed boxed and ready to go. What was supposed to take about 4 1/2 he’s took almost 9. We also has to call twice during the day to request another mover. They were so lazy they moved our couch through the living room and scratched the hard wood. I wish I could give All My Sons Moving & Storage a 0 or negative rating but 1 is the lowest possible score.... I had them come out and give a quote. Richard Hill quoted the job; two days to pack and move locally. I questioned him on the duration and he assured me that “it will be an easy move being local and our guys are professionals and are use to knocking these moves out all the time and we do not use temporary labor for our pack and moves.” The job was quoted at $4,542.54 for a 4 bedroom 4 bath home. This company canceled my move on the day that it was supposed to take place. I didn't know until after 1:30 PM that my move wasn't going to happen. Luckily I had a few more days before my lease was up, otherwise, I would have been in an extremely bad predicament.
