Do NOT use this company! When I say they broke scratches or marred every single piece of furniture I mean every single one. Not to mention several items that apparently disappeared into thin air. How does a drawer show up but not the night stand? A trunk with all of my family history in it disappeared. When questioned I was assured Vinnie would see to it himself where my items went since the supposedly have cameras and only one stop. No call or update ever received. This is the worst company to deal with I wish I can give them a zero. They have Hidden charges and they are very unprofessional. they will rip you off. This company charged me $1875.09 to move a two bedroom apartment. They told me my price would be $900 they doubled their price. The movers were very unprofessional a mean to me. The movers scratch my hardwood floor while moving into my new home and the company only wants to pay $300.00 lfor a brand new hardwood floor. The floor cost $1300.00 to repair. We hired this company end of December for a end of February move. Thought everything was set up with them. Talked on the phone, texted and emailed in that time frame, one week before the move I calling to confirm and was told all was good. When moving you have a time table to keep as we did. We are waiting on them to show the day of and nothing. I call and am given another number and told to call that number as they are the dispatchers. Pensacola, FL Location Customer service and communication on the day of move was terrible. Booked them 6 weeks out and Anthony was very helpful and provide great service. James called 2 days prior to the move to confirm and gave me a start time of 9-930am. Day of move, it was 10am, no movers, no phone call from them. I had a long distance move with All My Son's Moving. The movers were excellent, but I have had a very hard time getting my finalized bill. I have reached out several times and no one has responded to me. It really makes me wonder if they are hiding something. Did they pad the bill?? I had scheduled a time to discuss a move with this company and found these reviews. I called back an hour later and canceled the appointment. I received a call back from the general manager asking if they did something wrong. I explained the reason why, and he got angry and insulted me. It proves the earned ratings here, and I am ecstatic I did not use this company. They aggressively hound you when you do not choose them. I had to block them to stop their calls.

I chose this mover without reading reviews on the web. Yep... huge mistake #1. I needed them to move my stuff 5 miles. In that span they managed to dent the front of my fridge, ruin my sofa, and lose a box of our clothes! Amazing right? The conversation about the damages with their general manager didn't go well. This company is by far the WORST you will ever hire. I wish I had seen all these reviews. Just like HUNDREDS of others, they overcharge you and damage ALL your stuff. We arranged to have our stuff moved only a block away and it was disastrous. The quoted price wasnt even close to what they charged us, which was $800. Fees for mattress protectors, bubble wrap and various "supplies" they never used. We had thousands of dollars of damage done by these crooks and a $1,000 table completely destroyed. I had their sales rep come to my home to give me an actual estimate, which was $1000. less than the final charges. the final moving expenses were increased due to the firm billing me for two extra hours to load the trucks, as they did not have enough staff to bring two bobtail trucks as quoted and promised. We were moving 2 hours out of the Metroplex, which is a trip I have made many times before the actual move and know it is only a 2 hour drive each way.
