Do no use! Damaged items in the move didn't even tell us about some just tried to "color" in the huge scratches. Did not cover and wrap furniture like we were told, didn't put mattress in bags resulting in a rip and mattress burns. Most of all falsely described our furniture prior to the move. They didn't even put my tv's in boxes (as I was told they would) just put them in cab of the truck. Very disappointing.

RecommendedEverything went according to plan. The crew showed up on time and worked the whole time they were here. They worked very hard without any rest. They we very careful with our furniture and respectful of our belongings. We had a billing error which we pointed out to them and they corrected it immediately. The only surprise was the 3% service charge for payments by credit card. We were never told about this and only found out after inquiring about it. To avoid this charge you must pay cash as they don't accept personal checks.

Awful...they load your stuff and then increase the price. Then your stuck cause they have your things. Just stay away

It'd be cheaper to buy all new furniture than let all my sons move you. Whatever they quote you, you'll be paying triple. When you call to try to work it out, they screen your calls. Also, WHEN they break your stuff, they only pay you 60 cents per pound. 60 inch flatscreen smashed? Enjoy your 35 dollars in compensation. Go to hell all my sons.
Today I literally feel like I was robbed by this company. I was charged over $800 to move out of a 1 bedroom 1bathroom apartment. The workers took their time and talked to whole time. At the end of the move, after charging me double of what they originally quoted me, their own employer advised me to use another company on my next move. I would not recommend this moving company.
