I have emailed and tried to resolve this. So many hidden charges, lies about charges, pro-rated charges-yet another lie. Lied about when they'd be there. Wasted 3 hours of my time waiting on them. Called and no resolution. Reported to BBB.
The packing was OK nothing was broken in the move from Kansas City to Dallas. However the service was NOT what was promised. Problem with wanting to unload small amount of property at another customer before unloading at our 2 locations. Their adds show movers in uniforms, to be well trained. None of the 4 young men that loaded us were in any kind of uniform. And 2 seemed to be just like hiring Temp Labor. After the week after the move one of us decided to move a bed to another room. We found that NONE of the screws in the f... read more

If I was given given a chance to go back in time and correct any mistake in my life, picking this company would be it. Just find another company. Any company. Hell even random strangers would be less expensive and efficient than the move I had. The only reason I'm giving 1 stars if because the moving guys were nice and had a sense of humor but this was honestly the most stressful move I've ever done and it's my 5th move in 5 years. Horrible moving company. Don't ever, under any circumstances, use these losers. Untrained, unwashed, and ran by criminals. If your truly value your posessions, stay far away. They will underestimate the cost, trash your stuff, and then hold it hostage for more money. I'd just as well light my stuff on fire, before I let any of these dirt bags touch my stuff.

My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
