All My Sons moving told me they "lost" 1/3 of our belongings in a move from Washington DC to Kansas City. They said, "When we locate your items, they will be delivered to you." I heard nothing. I went to my former home months later and looked in the open garage and back yard. Our belongings had been left in the home for the next owner. This was the worst experience I have ever had with movers. I don't think there was a single thing that went right. They were late, broke our furniture, damaged our new home, broken dishes, and did not even move everything out of our apartment. On top of that, we're still missing a piece of furniture they told me they can't locate and they refuse to give any refunds. They severely overcharged us. This company is just taking advantage of people for their money. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Was a terrible experience. Was charged way higher than what I was quoted. When I tried to call to have it clarified, the guy I spoke to was a complete jerk. I would never use these guys again and I hope no one else does either. I was charged over 100$ for "fuel recapture" of a 8 mile drive. The Kansas City office are complete crooks.

Do not use this company. I hired this company to move 2 bedroom sets, a sectional couch, a small pub table, and some boxes. This move took 5 and 1/2 hours to complete and I had 3 men hired. When they arrived at the final destination, I was told that they cannot reassemble my furniture. I was told when i called that all furniture can be reassembled. I have moved 2 other times in the last year and a half and the moves took only a few hours at most and the furniture was reassembled. The travel time took way too long with this c... read more

Terrible company to work with, rude employers, horrible experience. I had a colleague that used this company to move 4 years ago and had a terrible experience. I had high hopes that the experience would have improved since. Unfortunately this company has lived up to its negative reputation. I scheduled a 2pm move in for 1/4/19 with Jimmy on 12/27/18 at 4:45pm. The day of my move in I received a call at 8 am that the movers were on their way. If I could give them a negative star rating I would!!! We used them for our move this past summer. They came out and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. We signed with them and it went downhill from there. They showed up late the day of the move and then proceeded to tell us they were not loading any of our boxes on the truck only furniture which was not what was quoted in the estimate. We were told that we would need 4 movers in order to move our antique piano, and we payed for such. But when we arrived at our new house, we were then told that we would need to pay an extra $400 to have the piano moved downstairs. Furthermore, the movers inflicted the following damage: - dented wall - dented dryer - chipped woodwork - broke off a piece of the antique piano. Overall, it felt like the company misled us.

Movers did extensive damage to our front door before moving that cost us $350 to repair. Movers assured us that All My Son's would repair or replace, yet I've been trying to contact them to resolve this issue for OVER A MONTH with no resolution. The contact stopped replying to emails and no one is returning my messages. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL ME TO GET THIS RESOLVED! Without this being resolved, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I would give no stars but had to check something for this to post. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. It started off ok with the estimator coming out and telling me approximately what it was going to cost and that it would probably take 2 days. I was ok with that.
