This company is shady and are crooks. They gave my mother a quote for moving, then raised the quote on the day of the move. Obviously we didn't want to do that as it's poor business practice, so we declined their services. They further would not give back the deposit for services we didn't even receive due to their scummy business ethics. Do not use this company! They are complete thieves.

Worst experience! Unprofessional movers! Showed up two hours late. Lazy , unmotivated help who don't care about your items! Over-prices for the quality of work we received! The movers broke several pieces of my furniture and refuse to take responsibility for it. They keep saying they will have a repair person contact me, but i have yet to hear from them. I would highly not recommend this moving company. I was moving out of a one bedroom apartment. Had everything boxed up and lined at my door. Freight moving elevator right outside my apartment that went straight to the moving truck loading zone. Took them two hours... which was ridiculous and painful to watch. Then we got to the next apartment and it took them three hours to unload. Saw lots of standing around, arguing between staff. Not to mention they damaged almost everything they touched. Only moved from one apartment to the other in the same complex. Quoted a total price but when move was completed, was handed a bill for twice the amount quoted. Called the owner, who was a complete jerk, who gave an excuse of hourly charge, then a hourly labor charge, and fuel charge (20%). Do not use this company !

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. I should have researched reviews before booking them. They charged me $500 more than what they quoted and refused to take any items off the truck until they were paid. The owner was very unapologetic on the phone while the actual movers told us this happens every time. The owner seemed incoherent when I spoke to him over the phone as well. Not a good experience. They forgot to take my bed frame off the truck, had to come back to deliver almost 2 hours later. Then I realized that they lost an item of mine in the move. They didn't take any responsibility for it, didn't call me back, and were generally rude and difficult to deal with. No compensation, just the run around. Cost me more than my last move, where I moved almost twice as much stuff without issue. Go with another company, you won't regret it.

I would never use this company again. They dented and scraped up a wall in my home. I waited over 24 hours for their repair person to contact me and nothing. I was under a tight deadline with the closing date on my home. I ended up paying my own person to fix their damage. They backed over my trash and recycle bin when they first pulled into my driveway. It was the absolute worst experience ever. They showed up 3 hrs late with 2 guys short. Took WAY longer than it should have. I ended up doing the move with the help of my brother and best friend cause the movers were tired and dragging ass to make it take longer. With all the delays the final bill was $500 higher than what was originally agreed to and they make you pay and sign for it while the stuff is on the truck so if you don't pay they'll leave and highjack your belongings. I expected this to be the smoothest moving experience ever and it quickly became a nightmare. The pricing we were quoted was ambiguous and we ended up paying over $1000 for a 4-hour in-town move from a 900 square foot 2-bedroom house. They didn't even move all of our belongings; we ended up having to make several trips back and forth on our own with all wall hangings, clothes, electronics, and lamps.
