I don't recommend anything about this company. It costs way more than they told us and we had all kinds of damage some of which was never repaired!!!
This is probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Movers arrived at my place and started going over all of the “fees” associated with my move. Come to find out there are a multitude of “standard charges” that I was never told about. My entire experience with them was a giant mess. First off, they charge you $150 just to show up. They tell you this is drive time but they don’t mean driving from your house to your storage unit, they mean coming to your house initially. I didn’t realize this until after everything was done so it cost me significantly more than I was expecting. That’s not even my biggest issue though. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! Several boxes of items clearly marked fragile had broken items. There were boxes they were NOT supposed to touch that they knocked over and broke family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. They told us over the phone during consult they could take certain items and then we were told they couldn’t on moving day. They did not put stuff where we asked them to. Not on time. asked for a tip before they even started their job. Took their time of course, so I'd have to pay more money. LIED to me about numerous things. Never would I hire them again. NEVER.......
THE WORST MOVE I'VE EVER HAD. They dropped things off the truck. They dropped a desk through a plate glass window - destroying the window and the desk. Virtually everything I have was dented, dinged, scratched, broken, and otherwise damaged by the inexperienced movers. They didn't arrive until 10am on the scheduled day for a move that was clearly going to take 9+ hours. If you care about your money and belongings DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I am in the middle of my move while I am writing this. Gouged me on price, doubles my quote, cost me $750 for 500 sq ft of goods, almost NO furniture at all. They were heavy smokers, so everything smells like smoke now. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced!!! 2.5 hours late. Were suppose to send 3 guys and only sent 2. Only discounted hourly rate by twenty dollars!!!!! Quoted me 5 hours with 3 guy which was about 950 all said and done!!! At 5 and half hours after I paid they had only brought everything in but had not assembled. Can't even go into all the issues we had with them. They were great after we hired them, calls from the CEO & COO thanking me for choosing them. But the move was a nightmare, I still have broken furniture that they will not fix. Funny the CEO or COO are not calling me now. LOL
