Absolutely the worst experience ever..please don't use them. Believe the awful reviews written by others, they are accurate! They were supposed to arrive at noon, came at 5:30. Took four hours to load the truck . It was a 900 sq ft apartment. Didn't bring tools. Stole the PlayStation, broke the bed. When they arrived at the new apartment ( 5 blocks away) they unloaded in one hour. To all my friends out there. I moved this weekend. I hired a company called All My Sons. I had sold basically everything I owned with the exception of my bedroom set and office. I didn't want to inconvenience my family and friends for what would be a two hour job. I got a quote from All My Sons for 3 "Professional" movers for $500 for the move. Scammers. Charged my mom double what she was quoted. She also said that one of the men left during the move to sign papers for an apartment he was going to rent. Ridiculous. Also broke some stuff and never sent her a claims form which she asked for multiple times. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. I am the veteran of many moves so I have much to compare to. They do nothing on paper which allows them to make up stories to match what they want to have happen and change the story line as many times as they want to match their needs (not the customer's needs). Their story line can change in less than 60 minutes so you have no idea what is really going to happen. I had every intention of tipping the men who moved a very heavy piece of furniture for me after everything was in its place. Before they even unloaded it they asked me for a tip. Very unprofessional and i will not be using this company again. I was also charged for 2 rolls of tape which i don't see how it was used. Was told on the phone the "extra charges" wouldn't be that much since i only had a couple things to move and that was definitely not correct. Ended up paying almost double.

PDS Moving moved my things out of storage on Saturday. They said they had never seen anything like the disaster of the storage unit that All My Sons moves my things into. "Booby trapped" "Things looked like they were just thrown over the top into the back of the unit" There is 1/2 a storage unit that has to be packed (loose items not in boxes) or repacked. Boxes were so poorly packed they collapsed on each other and will have to be repacked--boxes are only 1/2 full, heavy boxes stacked on top. As I unpack boxes that the... read more

Don't use this moving company. I had them move us, they took their sweet time and didn't show up with any tools to do the job. Then after they finally got everything loaded they decided to drive the opposite way to get something to eat on the clock. My new house was 30 minutes away. It took them a hour and of course they charged me for it!! They damaged my walls, furniture and my doors!! Then when I called them they gave me a hard time. And still did not fix any of it. No to this company. We had a loaded truck and needed help unloading at our new apt in KC. I called ahead and booked 2 guys from AMS to help when we would arrive a couple days later. The NIGHT before we needed them I get a call AFTER HOURS (7 or 8 p.m.?) explaining how their 2 guys had to drive their truck out (pointless) at such a rate per mile, plus time traveled minimums and they needed to wrap and pad everything with their products (that was already packed in a U-Haul truck??) before unloading. I used All My Sons for moving last weekend. I moved a 750 sq ft condo that was completely empty aside from furniture and 10 boxes. Furniture included bed, dresser, TV stand, TV, couch, and a futon. None of which are excessively heavy. I live 20 minutes from the All My Sons office and I moved to a townhouse 7 minutes away from my old address. My final bill was $930! Even if you're transparent with your fees that doesn't make them less ridiculous. I paid $100 in a fuel service charge. I paid $189 just for them to get there and... read more
