This review is on Google as well: Awful experience so far and the move is tomorrow June 21st! They have our $100 deposit and have had it since May 11th. I don’t know about you but a deposit confirms our booking. Today we get an EMAIL that says they have “been unable to reach you” and if we don’t contact them by the end of the day we will be removed from the schedule. Excuse me?! First of all, we received no calls, no voicemail drops, no text messages; just this email at 2 pm today. And second of all, again, the deposit books... read more

I would never recommend AMS. They broke the leg completely off of our headboard, ruined the footboard, and damaged the doors on a dresser. They didn't wrap things like they promised they would. The guys were friendly at first. We bought all 4 guys lunch midday for all the work they were doing, and after that, it seemed they weren't as friendly. They almost forgot to load one entire room and when I reminded them, they kind of rolled their eyes. When they were unloading at the new house we realized our brand new set was ruine... read more

They are only getting 1 star bc I have to to post a review. We had them scheduled for tomorrow morning and they canceled on us last night! I was photographing a wedding and couldn’t answer my phone and next thing I know we have been cancelled. My husband called them back and they had every excuse in the book. Someone was injured, several had food poisoning, Sunday is a religious day so people asked off... uhh they knew that when they booked us. They did give us our deposit back but nothing else. On May 18, 2018, I was confirmed, and paid a deposit for, a move on Friday, June 1. Yesterday, May 30, I was called and informed they could not move me until the NEXT weekend! Not happy! And now am unable to find another mover at this last minute!

I am only giving them a 1 Star because I have to in order to make my review. I would NEVER use All my Son’s again because they cannot get their orders right. We call 2 days after booking with them to add 1 stop and they said they would add it to our order. (Never did it)! 3 days before our move date they call to confirm they would be here at 8:30AM but still did not have our other stop on there. The gentleman on the phone said we are allotted 5 hours and as long as we can get it don’t in that time we would be good. 8:50am ro... read more
