Workers were inexperienced, unprofessional and late. I was charged for materials that were not used. I was overcharged for hours and fuel. Some items were left behind because of "improper boxing". I was miss quoted and owner refused to honor it. The owner very rude with very poor customer service. Customers beware!!!

This moving company has the worst customer service. I worked with Edwards from the Kansas City branch. My mother who is in her 90s made the appointment for moving two months ahead of time. The schedule time was between eight and 10 in the morning. Edward called the day before and said they would be in late morning. At noon I called and Edwards said that they would call us when they were an hour before they show up. I called a number times throughout the day and was given broken promises. DO NOT USE. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I booked my appointment 6 weeks ahead of time and everything seemed fine. Move week, I had to continuously call to confirm my move time up until the afternoon before the move date. The manager, Jimmy, told me that they would be there right at 8am and I was the first move of the day. 9:00am on move day rolls around and no movers. I scheduled All My Sons Moving Company to complete my move and paid a $100 deposit. On the morning of my move, I received a call from Aardvark Movers. All My Sons had transferred my move to a different company without notifying me and I have yet to receive my $100 deposit back. I will NEVER use Ally My Sons Moving and Storage or refer them to any of my friends. I felt like I was taken advantage of, misled, and disrespected as a customer.

This moving company is absolutely awful! They don't have any time management or communication. The workers actually threw my breakables and never read the boxes about what room the items went it. The leader decided it was a good idea to put everything in the garage and then we would sort it. It has taken months to clear out the garage! Which isn't even what we wanted done. They took hours to move when it shouldn't have taken that long. I would NOT recommend this moving company.

Update: Not only did they not show up on time, over charged us, they charged us for materials not used, and they left items that were suppose to be moved behind. All while the owner feels nothing was done wrong. It's a sad time when you let your ego get in the way of keeping your customers happy. CONSUMER BEWARE! First off want to say will never use this company again will give the movers 3 stars there was 2 guys 1 was only there for 1 week only this move was for mom who is 80 years old on social security moved from first floor apt to a apt on second floor had a elavator they moved 20 large items and 4 boxs loaded in 1 hour unloaded in 2 and 1/2 hours charged 743.00 plus 100.00 deposit please choose wisely

I could not be more disgusted with a company. I booked this a month ahead of time, called a week ahead to confirm, called the day before to ask questions about what boxes they will have and thought all was fine. Day of the move I called 3 times to see when they would be there, until finally they admitted at 4:30 PM that not only would they not be coming they would not be rescheduling. I am writing this on behalf of my friends who I have been with every step of their move, including when them originally made the call to schedule their move. They were told movers would be there between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Well after calling them at 2:00 to ask where they were and how long before they would be there, they were told they would be called back shortly.
