Horrible Service. Beware!! Scratched up my furniture and broke a table. Never again. Late! Paid for three men and got (2) men service. One stood and watched the others.
RecommendedSomething that should have taken 3 maybe 4 hrs at the most, took 6hrs with 3 people and an over sized truck. Which this cost $1,500. They were told $170 per hr due to going up 3 flights of stairs and is in the same apartment complex.This was for a one bedroom apartment and a little stuff at an storage unit that was about 4 miles away. The amount stuff damaged is unbelievable and not a word from them about it.
LISTEN TO ME!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE SO MANY HIDDEN FEES YOUR MOVE WILL END UP BEING DOUBLE IF NOT TRIPLE THE COST THAT THEY QUOTE. FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY WHO IS HONEST! THIS COMPANY IS NOT IT!
Used All My Sons for a recent 1 bed room apt move in same complex, first floor. No appliances. Total 929.00 reached out to office via email and calls no one called or responded.
Damaged our t.v. and now it doesn't work. The offer all my sons offered is an insult.
Do Not Use Them! I did a move with All my sons and they damaged my 65' TV and after over a month waiting for a response they wrote back to sat they can pay $150.00 DO NOT use this company. if they break something they will not pay you back for it. I had never had an issue with moving companies and I'm shocked that they will not take responsibility for the damage they did to my TV. I have no idea how I will replace my TV now. I'm just shocked about how bad the
Over Charged me 2 hours, Guys drank alcohol on the job, Broke expensive furniture. Lost bolts to put master bed back together. Truck was to small and they left several big boxes and a large desk up stay. And since the move I’ve read their Yelp reviews and that are all bad. After call manager best I got was “sorry”. Piss poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.
