I was quoted 360 for my move. when they got there they said it would be more. when ems showed up to move my handicap mother they just stood around. when asked to start in another room he said he couldn't work like that and called the main office saying I cursed at them. wich we didn't. but I wouldn't recommend this company and its workers because they don't want to work. never using this company again.
I had appointment for John Montgomery to come give me an estimate on my upcoming move. No phone call no show and when I tried to call no answer!
This response is not directed at the young men that moved me ( accidents do happen), but it is about the CLAIMS Department and what I believe is their lack of customer care and concern. When you don't respond to a customer's attempt to contact you, you don't care. I used ALL MY SONS 3 weeks ago to move a dining room set across the street (150 ft) from my deceased friends house to my house. I was ripped off 3 hrs cost me 591 dollars and I had two other men helping them that I payed secperate for it was not right what they charged the other two men that I hired worked harder then these two guys from All my sons I just can’t believe how way over priced they are 😡
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. What a mistake it was to choose them to move my things. I was simply moving from a 2 room house to storage. As I left to go get cash at an ATM across the street, came back 10 minutes later, and they were "done" emptying the truck to the storage unit. 10 minutes to chunk all of my belongings into a HUGE space with zero care. Be honest! These guys tried to scam me out of over $900. I got it back by disputing the charge with my back. They under quoted, over promised and Carlos, the manager at the fort worth office needs to be sent back to customer service 101. He doesn't have a clue how to treat people. I will never, ever use them again and will tell everyone I know.
RecommendedUdo was great. They were on time and not rushed but worked at a nice pace.
I would tell you if you want a good reliable company this is the one to call. Rick Howard was my mover and did a great job making sure everything was taken care of on a timely manner. I will be calling them again on my next move too.
