Horrible experience. I was charged 3x the price of other moving companies and I had my expensive headphones go missing after the move. The customer service group was difficult to work with and never tried to resolve the issue. Will never use this company again.
They charged us more than the quote for the 5 hours work. They also refused to leave until we paid them. When I complained to the management, they did not take care of the problem. Don't use them unless you want to pay more than you anticipate.
An overall disappointment and much heartache.
This company had inexperienced movers. One man stayed on the phone instead of working. They broke many of our valuables by dropping boxes! I was overcharged! They did not stand by their services and it was a nightmare dealing with them. They did not reimburse us for our many broken items (due to drop page by their untrained worker)
