I was very pleased with All My Sons overall. They dealt with my need to reschedule. They were punctual the day of the move. The movers themselves were polite and did exactly as asked. In my opinion, the cost was just a little more than what I felt was appropriate.

The extra hour charged for travel & fuel surcharge was too high!

They damaged numerous items including my brand new refrigerator, ruined my 75? flat screen tv, damaged my home trying to move items in. Horrible experience. Would not hire them again. They charged me $3,100 to move me but damaged my property in the process. Would have been better off moving everything ourselves.

Just be aware of hidden fees associated with mileage. It?s not shared with you when getting a quote, only when you pay the deposit. Had I known the hidden costs up front I would have chosen a different company. Make sure you?re given an itemized quote before you agree to use this Be aware of hidden mileage fees. I scheduled my move for 9:00 AM, but the crew called saying they'd arrive at 8:00 AM and ultimately started closer to 9. They quoted $230/hour, yet by 1:00 PM I was handed a surprise bill over $2,000?including unexplained fees and a $100 deposit that didn?t count toward the total. I was told the truck wouldn?t be unloaded unless I paid in full, and a call to the office didn?t help. Terrible experience with All My Sons Moving. Every time I spoke with them, it was like starting over?they didn?t have any previous info I had given them. We only moved one bedroom?s worth of furniture (bed, couch, desk, chairs, nightstands, and a few boxes), yet it somehow took almost 8 hours and cost me $1,500. The movers showed up unprepared, without the right tools, took ages with paperwork, and didn?t bother to protect the floors?which they ended up scratching. Movers were quick and efficient. The driver lied and said they were there for 2.5 hrs and that they had to pack materials and we were charged for them. We were also charged a travel charge. They did not take our stuff anywhere except for downstairs. We were never told about those charges. That is totally absurd. Your company is taken advantage. Will not recommend your services to anyone.

The movers were good but the price to move me right up the street was absolutely ridiculous no one told me I would be charged for tape and 2 boxes $150 for gas $136 for time and travel and $98 for tape and a few boxes is absurd! I will never use or refer anyone to yall smh

This move was from one apartment to another in same complex. Movers did not wrap or protect anything. They almost had the Truck loaded and I get a call from the office that they are not going to move me and were taking everything back to the apartment. They saw a bug and were not going back in. Yet they wanted to put everything back in the apartment. I asked them to at least load the mattress and the couch but they said no.
