Promised 3 men, sent 2, took 6 hours to move what another company moved previously in 3 hours. They took 15 minutes to wrap the very first piece of furniture with 3 moving blankets, 3 wraps of packing tape and then shrink wrapped it, and it was just a bench...for a 1 mile move! I told them to just load the truck, not to wrap every piece of furniture like that one. Nope. Wouldn't use them again. Dishonest on the cost. Tons of hidden fees. Charged me for wrapping materials and shrink wrap that was not used. Then claimed it was company policy and that I signed the 20 page form. In the end, it cost me over twice what i was quoted. Manager takes no responsibility for the employees that he has hired. All My Sons is the equivalent of a crooked used car salesman. Buyer beware.

They showed up on time but I was quite surprised to see an additional hour charged for travel time. My old house was 3 miles from their location and I hadn't been told about a travel hour I needed to pay for. The price on the paperwork for the hourly rate didn't match what I was quoted either. I called the sales rep and was told "if. you don't like it then send our guys back". My house was packed up and I had a deadline to turn the keys in. Overall, a very negative experience. The initial contact was great, friendly and sounded professional. Day of the move, turns out the friendly salesman lied about what I was getting and when. I called the office and they were rude and could not have cared less, just asked if we wanted to cancel the move that I had arranged 4 weeks prior. A night mare!!! We used All My Sons 6 months ago and had a good experience- so we didn't get bids this time- we just went back to All My Sons for this move. Unfortunately this move was a nightmare. The crew took 1:15 min lunch break but charged us for 30 min. They also took four 15 min. breaks but on the charges they only said they took two 15 min breaks. All My Son's Moving of Murfreesboro and Nashville are owned by the same person. This is by far the worst moving company ever! Please DO NOT ever use this company! They quoted us a job that was suppose to be three hours and claimed they were sending three men rather than two and that is why they were more expensive but guaranteed it would take less time! 5 1/2 billed hours later, scratched floors and broken irreplaceable antique furniture they were unwilling to even discount the move!
