DIDN'T SHOW!!!!!!! Also won't answer the phone (I let it ring for 10 minutes straight), although this was after I was told "I will be here until my guys are done" by the woman at the office. I was originally told "afternoon appointment". At 3pm when I called I was told "your still on the schedule". At 5:50pm I was told my "team" was finishing a job in Franklin (about 45 min from me) and they would be heading my way. I wish I had checked Yelp before I chose to use this company. I thought they would be great but when I started unpacking, stuff was missing, especially the brace for my bed. Had to have a new one made. I had to file an insurance claim with their company which I lowballed at $200. They just informed me they are paying $50. I am above disappointed. And on top of that I gave the movers a $120 tip.
I hired them in March for my move in May. I had to change the dates and they were very ok with that. My wife and I had everything in boxes in the living room with most furniture already moved to the living room to make it easy since I was paying $109 an hour. They got there at 8:30 am and started moving our stuff to the truck. We live in a 1 bedroom apartment. It took 3 hours and even their driver said they should have had a 3 man crew. Since this is probably going to be a somewhat long post, I would like to preface by saying DO NOT TRUST YOUR TIME, POSSESSIONS, OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. You are much better off with The Little Guys Movers who are actually professional and do a quick but good job. It took this team 5 hours to move an 1100 sq foot apartment, in contrast it took the Little Guys 2.5 hrs to move the same stuff two months ago. Don't make the same mistake I did. I called them on a Sunday and requested for a Wednesday morning move and I was quoted $129. I got a phone call Monday morning letting me know that they could not accommodate my morning appointment. So we resolved it and scheduled for Tuesday night after 5. No mention of money was talked about except my $100 deposit that I made. That's it. So Tuesday comes and the movers didn't show up until 8:30 at night. I wish I could post with no stars...but. These folks started out great even though this was a horrendous move. Somewhere in the middle of the move, they started smoking pot and everything went down hill from there. A supervisor (Zach) who was too cool to rule and 3 teens off the streets looking to make some extra bread. He fed them medical grade marijuana all afternoon while working. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - they promised one thing in setting up the pricing and then did a bait and switch when the movers arrived. When I complained to the local franchise owner - Joseph - he was completely unsympathetic and refused to honor the deal made by the representative. Completely unprofessional. Will definitely be disputing this with the credit card company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Initially, they made us feel as though we were a part of their "family"...little did we know they were just a bunch of scammers. We told them we did not need any supplies aside from tape from the get go and several times throughout the move, yet they still brought supplies and left them at our house AND CHARGED US FOR THEM even though THEY left the supplies. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company was horrible! They did not follow through with one thing they said. There were supposed to be 4 movers, there were only 3. They gave me attitude about bringing things that were included in the estimate. They said they (the movers) did not have a list and then the company confirmed that they didn't.
