I called All My Sons to help with a move recently and it was a disaster. They gave me a verbal quote over the phone and I put down a deposit. I then received a text with a written quote that was hire than the agreed upon verbal quote and never received an email confirming the deposit or date/time of the move. I called 3 days in advance of my move to ask for a time window and they were unable to provide one. The first thing the movers did was damage the front door of our rental house. We lost the majority of our deposit because of this. We had worked tirelessly to keep the house well-maintained to avoid this, and the movers immediately screwed that up. My husband has tried and tried to deal with the office, and they have been completely incompetent. They won't return phone calls. And everytime he calls them, he has to start all over again. Lost items (that they forgot to pack so just hand carried out unwrapped and unboxed). Tried to locate after discovered missing and can never get a human being to file a claim. They put you on "hold" never to be heard from again. They don't take an inventory of items/boxes so you cannot verify if everything made to the other end. Charged $300 for packing materials but was a small, local move that only required 6 boxes..Then supplied themselves a 25% tip that said was a "reasonable" amount to tip - but said also to "round up" ... read more

We were recommended by a friend. I was happy with Brandon. That is all I was happy with after the move. They were 2 1/2 hours late and the manager was not friendly. They didn't wrap anything and took my TV up front with them in the truck. I had so many things scratched and busted up after the move. I didn't notice all of issues till after I made the original claim. I was told you only get one claim AFTER the fact. I do not recommend this company and will never use them again. Very displeased

I wish I had taken the time to check out the reviews before hiring this company, unfortunately we were under a time crunch due to a house fire. If you have anything of value or that you care about, I would look into hiring another company. We have two pieces of furniture with very large scratches caused from carelessness during the move. There were other problems but those were the worst. We also have items that were missing. When we put in our claim, we were asked to provide images of the missing items. Wish I could report no stars. Contracted for move from Murfreesboro to Mt. Juliet, after taking 6 hours to load, which should have taken no more than 3, because one employee walked around with hands in his pockets, and kept going to the other side of the truck (where we couldn't see him) for smoke breaks. They took 2 hours to drive 33 miles, and would not answer their cell phone (they called us several times on the way to our former home to make sure we knew they were coming). I hired them for a move over a month in advance and this is worst moving company I ever used. Was told I would get a call on time they would be there 5 days before move which I never did so I called 4 days before move and was assured they would be there day of move on 10/2/2020 by noon they only had small move in morning they headed my way. I did not have a good experience with All My Sons Moving Company. I hired and paid the $200 deposit with a verbal guarantee that the movers would arrive for the move between 8 am and 9 am. Unfortunately this was not the case on moving day. The movers showed up at 6:45 pm. I also was not updated throughout the day by anyone. I had to continuously call to get an update on the time.
