The movers were very polite and easy to work with. I felt a couple were not "experienced professionals". They were energetic, but not always cautious. Overall, a good job.

Something tells me this will never see the light of day... I have moved six times in the last seven years in TN. I have never had a situation where the quote was so far off the actual price of the move. I have also never had the situation where all my things were on the moving truck and then the movers informed me that payment must be made prior to unloading... Charge more than agreed Made damaging dings to stairs and door jams lost or stolen jewelry and vintage bell Lost air deodorizer Would not recommend We are still working on the remediation of these issues.
I am writing this as I do not want anyone to go through what we did. Our first time to ever use a professional moving company. A new house that we had built. It had hardwood floors on the first level that they had scratched extensively. They were banging furniture up and down scratching the floor and I had to tell them to stop and put a rug underneath.
