If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company was horrible! They did not follow through with one thing they said. There were supposed to be 4 movers, there were only 3. They gave me attitude about bringing things that were included in the estimate. They said they (the movers) did not have a list and then the company confirmed that they didn't. Like many others, I wish I could give a negative star for my review. We scheduled a morning move that was not honored since it was set up by the call center and was incorrect. I was then told they would put me in the 1pm time slot and it was 8pm before they showed up. A 3 man crew instead of a 4 man crew showed up instead and because it was after 10:30 when they finally started moving furniture into the house, many things needed to just go into the garage because of sleeping kids. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This was a horrendous experience right up until the movers finally showed up. First i communicated my schedule with Adam who assured me i would receive a call 2 hrs prior to arrival for an afternoon pickup. I received a call at 9:30am on the first day that the crew was at my house (7hours early). We rescheduled for the the following day, same time. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. RUN AWAY! They moved our furniture at the start of the year. We were supposed to have four men show up to move our things but only three showed up. After addressing this and calling their manager, they offered a reduced rate since you pay hourly and with less manpower, it's obviously going to take longer. I only gave one star because zero isn't an option . I hired four movers to move a 1600 sq ft home . While four people arrived I really just got a mover , a driver and two added charges. One did nothing bu complain the entire time, informing me of how little he got paid and how poor the company treated him. I contracted the company immediately, he had the gall to confront me , and I lost it. After a few choice words I kicked him out of my house!!! An All my Sons truck hit my parked car. I have a witness that saw it happen and a police report. It took them two weeks to even call me back or answer the phone when I tried calling them about the accident. It took them three weeks to report it to their insurance. The insurance then refused the claim based on the fact the witness wasn't standing between the two vehicles when the accident happened to see the actual crunch of my car. If I could leave a negative star I would. This was the most horrific experience that I have ever been through with movers. They got into a fight in my apartment in front of my 8 year old, damaged my belongings and both washer and dryer were broken. After loading the truck they went to Nashville with all my belongings and didn't even tell me. They finally came to my home to unload 3 hours later while we waited on them in an empty house. I wish I would have read the reviews!!! I booked weeks in advance and put down a deposit over the phone for my move. I expressed concern that I have a previously scheduled event during the evening on the day of the move and was told I would get the earliest move of the day. I get a call a few days before the move making sure everything was still on schedule and am told multiple people tried to contact me over the last few days (they didn't!) and I lost my morning spot. Hired this company in May for a June move going from a small 2 bedroom apartment to a slightly larger one in the same apartment complex. Was quoted $450. Was told someone would call a couple of days before the move to setup time and reverify details. Made deposit of $100 and did receive call a couple of days before the move to schedule the time and did so for 11am. Day of move got a call from the moving crew about 8:30am asking if we were ready.
