If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We've moved several times over the years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. We moved yesterday and I'm waiting for a call from Kristy the manager to rectify. Where should I start? Movers showed up the day of with no clue they were supposed to pack our entire house. They left to get packing stuff and returned 3 hours later with no packing paper or bubble wrap. And, they sent 3 guys when we were quoted and expecting 4. he management and pricing is ridiculous. If you plan on having them move you. Take there estimate and times it by 2.5. They were supposed to move me Saturday, but didn't arrive till Monday afternoon. A one bedroom apartment moving less than 10 miles away, and they charged me $800!!! They quoted me at $300. They damaged my TV. Charged me $60 in fuel for less than 10 miles!!! Cheech and Chong Movers???? Do NOT use this company. Truck arrived an hour late. 3 person team instead of 4, but was told it's ok because we'd only be charged the 3 person rate. 2 of the 3 reeked of weed, making my whole house reek of weed. I contacted the office and was told that basically my only option would be to have them leave. They could potentially have another truck there later in the day to assist but could not guarantee it. Do NOT use this company! They made me pay for three men but only one guy actually did the work. Took over 6 hours to move 660sqft! They totally took advantage and broke my brand new custom bed and spikes several other items. DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We paid a deposit a month in advance. The time slot the movers were to show up was between 8 and 10 am. It is now after 3 pm and they still have not shown up. We have called 4 times. No one called to say they were running late. Not once. I would not recommend this company. Although we understand the summer is the busy time of year, that is no excuse for poor communication and lack of business planning.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a so called business. We had a reservation weeks in advance and had worked out the details over several phone calls since the move included a piano. We had a deposit, and the movers were to show up between 12-4 PM on a Friday. We were moving out of state, so we were renting a moving truck for them to load. We made a reservation and placed a deposit two weeks in advance. They called to confirm two days prior... all great so far. The morning of the move I had found it odd that I hadn't heard anything yet so I placed a call and was told they were running behind and either that person or the driver would call me right back. Soon after (roughly 20mins) the manager /owner calls apologizing for being behind schedule. Imagine you have booked your move a month ago and phone calls were made a few days in advance to confirm. Then the day of the move they are a no show didn't even call me! After a few choice words I called 2 men and a truck and they were able to save the day!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This was the absolute worst experience ever, from start to finish. All My Sons Moving and Storage of Murfreesboro moved me Saturday. First of all, they were late. They also didn't speak to me about their insurance policy(or lack, thereof), the fact that I would have to pay for the tape and plastic wrap they use or that there is an 8% fuel charge that isn't included in their prices until they showed up to my door to move me.
