The moving guys were great, but this company is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend working with them. The office told me two different starting times for when they movers could arrive and when I pressed the issue, Larry literally said “I feel like you’re coming at me.” He was extremely rude and sarcastic instead of simply apologizing for the miscommunication and moving on. He still never once apologized and we just paid $700 for a 3.5 hour packing job to move to a storage unit literally 3 blocks up the road... read more

There is an all my sons moving truck at the apartments I live in, not only are they blocking the entrance to the elevator; but they are also blocking the entrances to the staircase as well. They did not care at all about the fact that I couldn’t get up the stairs. They were also throwing whoever they were moving, stuff around. A box that said “fragile” the guy just threw it to the ground. Would never recommend them. Beware: I booked my move almost two months in advance, got a confirmation call a week from the move and I even called the day before the move to confirm the time. Got a call at 9am the day of our move saying they had to cancel as no one showed up to work due to poor work conditions. I am awaiting my deposit refund. We had to scramble to find someone to help us move, luckily our friends and neighbors stepped up and got us into our new home. Obviously this company needs an overhaul starting at the top. I would like to retract my original 5 star review. I figured out the reason they ask you to do the review before they leave- it's because you don't find the issues until afterwards! Not only did they leave a huge gouge and black mark on the washing machine, and a large blackish stain of some sort on the couch, but when they put the bed together they stripped EVERY SINGLE SCREW because they used an impact driver on it. they dont keep their word. everything I was told was false. they didnt come on the day I booked. they sent inexperienced workers. they didnt even show me anything in writing before the move. the tablet their agreement was on wouldnt work. what I was told about billing wasnt true. basically, NOTHING I was told on the phone about this company was true. in the end, after a move that took twice as long as it should have taken (on the day after I booked) they threatened to lock my stuff up on the truck until I paid for the move i... read more

Movers were rude, did not comply with our instructions. Was told cant move an elliptical machine that the estimator said no problem to. Didn't move planters from my deck or the fire pit, estimator said no problem. Left with room on the second truck. I had to haul 4 pickup truck loads. Put most the boxes in the basement until I yelled at them that all of the boxes were marked and should go to as specific rooms. Left a mattress in the dining room. Not only were the movers 5 hours late, they thought it appropriate to tell a paying customer that they weren't going to come because her last name was "dotty" and they thought she was Indian, among other racist commentary that i don't feel comfortable laying out here. Do not use this company unless you're okay with supporting bigots who will be outright racist to your face.

We paid them to load our furniture. When we reached our destination every single pice of wood furniture was heavily damaged! I filed a claim which they denied. Do not hire these people! This was the worst customer service I ever received! They are incompetent!

First off, it should be noted that Rob and his crew did a great job packing, moving, and being careful with all of our items. If I could hire the same crew for a future move, I would. However, the business/office side of things, was flat out awful. There were numerous miscommunications (when they actually communicated) between the corporate office, and the local office. One person said they could fit us in on a certain date, then another person said 'no way we are booked all day.' One person would say 'we don't do Sunday mo... read more
