As with the other reviews have stated, my experience with this company was very negative. They were 2 hrs late, did not realize they were moving an entire house, lost some glass shelving and the hardware for a treadmill, doorways were gouged and the company impossible to communicate with. I chose them because their ads claim customer satisfaction is a top priority, couldn’t be more misleading, will never recommend them.

**after all my sons commented on this post, we never heard anything from the company. Such a horrible experience! Movers were scheduled to come out Wednesday 12-4. Showed up at 7 and said we had too much stuff, so they’d come back Thursday. Thursday they said they’d be to us between 12 & 1, we got communication that it’s be closer to 2. At 3:45, they finally show up and say they have two more small jobs to do and can be back by 5. 6:30 rolls around and they tell us they’re still finishing up, but are sending another crew ... read more

How do you fail to show up to move someone after you are booked, then give them the run around? Awful!

I used these guys a year ago, they were several hours late, at the end of the day they said they were tired and would come back in the morning. Then they informed me I would be charged for overnight storage of my stuff on the truck that was already loaded as well as another trip charge the next day. I refused and told them to unload, they finished close to midnight. This evening, I just learned that they were supposed to move my daughter - and after two days they still haven’t even showed up. They were on time and packed nicely, but upon unloading, they didn't put our hutch in the right spot, after they said they would. They broke the couch after they told me it dropped in the trailer. Didn't put the beds in bags like they claimed they do upon the initial interview. They also scuffed up our wall good too. Oh, and our bed that plugs into the wall, they plugged it in and jammed the headboard up to the plug in and after a long day of moving, we had take apart our bed and unbend the electrical plug in. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked my move a week in advance and told them I have a window of 1:30-3:30PM at my new place because I had to reserve parking. I gave the advanced notice so I could have that time frame. I was told no problem. I was then told they’d arrive at my old place around 10:30-11:00AM. At 11:30AM, they weren’t there. I call and they now tell me a window of 11-1. They finally arrive at 12:40PM. The truck was then broken. So now I have to wait to get it fixed. I cal... read more
My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
