If you want your stuff in one piece don’t use these guys! Most incompetent people ever, a 4 hour moved turned into a 12 hour move with us having to finish the remaining part of the move. I’m still unpacking from our May 2017 move and continue to find items that you cannot put a price tag on broken to pieces! Disgusting and horrible customer service! I asked repeatedly were you cost effective, the sales manager Cory stated he would see what he could do, I asked Anthony he said we will see what we can do. They quoted me 601.00, the bill turned out to be 1100.00. They broke three items and I probably wont hear from them. I am awfully upset, I would not have hired them if I knew what they were going to charge me, my niece is a realtor and referred me, I will tell her not to refer anymore. Unless I get money back I will keep writing bad reviews. Do not hire them!
My mother in law gave them a $250 deposit and no one showed up to move her. They claim she wasn't on the schedule and they refuse to refund her money. What kind of company does that?!!
My neighbors used this coming to move. While backing into the driveway they drove through my brand new sod. I had talked to a manager and he was "looking" into companies to fix it. This has gone on for 5 weeks so I called the corporate customer service, 4 times, before I actually talked to someone. During this conversation I was treated rudely. They would not coming fix my grass (it would have cost $50. They wouldn't fix it because I didn't have the measurements of the tire tracks- so they couldn't link it to their tire size... read more
I will be taking this company to small claims court this was the worst moving experience I've ever had in my life they sent their crew out with the truck that could break down any minute to load all my s*** up in it just to have it break down less than a quarter of a block from the apartment that I was leaving what should have only taken a little over two hours to move me ended up taking five and a half hours to move me this company gave me no discount whatsoever the only thing you could tell me is he wasn't going to charge ... read more
Absolutely awful experience today. There were 4 movers but only 2 of them did any of the work. All four spent 20 minutes arguing in the back of their truck. They took a 30 min break and forced me to pay for it after I tried to debate with them. I lived in a 1100 sq ft apartment and was charged for 4.5 hours of labor. I'm so incredibly upset.
This moving company is horrible! They damage your property, arrive late and not with enough men to move you! I was told that they needed more men to unload my home so my friends and sibling had to use OUR vehicles to move items that we could have helped them out in the truck. It isn't our fault you were understaffed. Then they had the nerve to mention a tip? Ha! This company needs to be shut down! Freaking sucks!!!

Sales people booked 2 moves in same day so movers arrived extremely late. Frustrating for us and employees as they were complaining themselves about long days. Didn't put anything on floors or doors to protect from damage resulting in mud being tracked into new home and carpet. Movers said couldn't figure out how to move a treadmill, there were only 6 screws?? We had to finish move ourselves, including many heavy items. Three young guys were nice enough but unprofessional. Scratched all our stuff on the way out of the old house and scratched the walls up in the new house. Then the one that looks like a stoner asked my wife if she was hiring at her company. Won't speak for the owner but the employees are worthless.
