Did not fully explain full prices on the phone, never explained time minimum and extra fees over the phone. Furniture would not be transferred until bill was paid. Charged $430 to move three pieces of furniture 3.7 miles. Would never recommend!!!!

They really h had me impressed from the first phone call. UNFORTUNATELY, that's where it ended. I didn't get a call the night before, as promised and when I inquired about it, when I contacted them around noon on the planned day of the move, I got no apology. I got a "well anyway..." kind of response. Then when they finally arrived, they were in & out of my apt in 15 minutes. I paid for an hour of travel time to my apt (round trip, it took them 30 minutes), and 2 hours of labor! They seemed to be in a huge hurry to leave too... read more

The movers were nice but that was the only good experience. Very hard to deal management and they do not worry about the customers schedules. They appear to be cheaper during the first discussion but you find out they have a lot more fees than any other company. I would not recommend using this company for any moving experience.

Worst moving experience ever! Three movers took 6 hrs to move what took 2 movers from Two Men and a Truck 4hrs. They couldn't even fit the exact same stuff in exactly the same truck! Only the logo was different. They make you pay BEFORE they'll unload the truck and use an "estimated" tool to determine how long that will take. Guess what? That's exactly how long it took. And then they were gone. No thank you, no have a nice evening, just got in the truck and left. Would've been nice to have them move the things left upstairs ... read more

Movers showed up and couldn't drive up our incline they said (even though my small Hyundai and a UPS truck had been up it). Left. We scrambled to find emergency help and didn't finish until 2:30 a.m. and $1000 later. The manager, Brad did not even apologize or show any concern. I had to ask for my deposit back and just got a simple "credit should show in 1-2 business days" with no other response. DO NOT USE THEM!

The worst experience I've ever had!! Never on time. Stopped half way through the move. When I complained to them, I was hung up on. They were suppose to come back 2 or 3 times & always changed the time & then didn't show up. If you want to keep you sanity, do not use this horrible company!

after using them in September we thought they were a good choice . they worked hard and fast and unfortunately broke the glass in our antique curio cabinet, accidents happen but that's why we hired professionals. the estimate to fix it was $800. we filled out all the paper work and get a response from their insurance company that they are only responsible for $120 of the damage. these guys packed it loaded it and broke it by putting their elbow thru the glass but think they should only pay about 15% of the cost to fix it. wh... read more

Actual cost much higher than quoted. Lots of broken items.
