They bailed on me. Kitchen where dogs were there were found some feces under some of the furniture I missed. But that became my whole house is awful environment. I’ve got 1/2 my house on my front lawn right now. They couldn’t handle a side by side frig& freezer. This was an emergency move court ordered I thought I could depend on them. But they just bailed. Then they wouldn’t take boxes of canned foods? Seriously? I have found another company to help me tomorrow. Praying they are my Angels. Awful experience.
RecommendedI picked this company because they are local and I love supporting local. Well that didnt work iny favor at all. Showed up at 9:45 for a 9:30am appointment 10 we have a problem...there is a lock on the tailgate we need to go get the key. come back at 11am ....we have another problem... They were 3 days late coming to move me. Broke a table and charged more than the quote. Worst movers ever!
I had 3 very nice gentleman come and move my furniture Friday 10/22/21. They were all extremely polite, professional, quick and moved much more than I anticipated. I have to say overall I was very impressed with the moving day experience. Unfortunately however, I never received a receipt or any type of documentation as promised even though I have verified my email with them several times and the final total I was charged just didn't add up. They employ scumbags who steal money from their customers
They are great on the phone, but terrible in person. I contracted for 3 movers but only 2 movers showed up, plus they were an hour late. Because they were only 2 they took a really long time. At 7:25 p.m. the boss called and said to stop right then and there, leaving my daughter, a single mom of 2 small children, with furniture on the sidewalk in front of her new apartment building, in a new city. Never issued our refund! Movers were great for the hard job and hot day. Billing company is my problem! Been close to 20 days now and I have not received my refund for the over charge. After I had a great call with them and left positive review. I understand charging halfway through but when you overcharge someone by adding crew members without telling us and then telling me you are going to refund another overcharge for $200 for an hour they didn’t even work and never do…. Horrible moving company to deal with. good luck if you use them. especially if they break anything or ruin furniture. they will never pay you for the value of what your property is worth or even come close to the value. Definitely look into other moving companies. they also have bad reviews on yelp.
These guys broke my hallway light broke my door handle and smashed my back door windows , called the office to report it and they refuse to pay for my window , stating it’s to perfect if a hole , 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ do not use this company very unprofessional
