Both the office staff and the movers were kind, communicative and respectful. Even though our move was pushed later on in the day than planned, everyone was so great we did not even notice. The driver/movers who helped us were excellent and very efficient. The price was similar to other companies we looked at, but we would pay it again without question for such great customer service. Will definitely recommend.
Tom did a great job on reviewing the whole moving process and what we could expect from All My Sons Moving. His cost estimate was well within our final service price. It helped out quite a bit that we had 90% of all our boxes in our garage ready to go when the first truck pulled in. We saved 2-3 hours of labor alone by having our furniture and goods ready to go. My Mom recently moved into assisted living. She could only bring her most favorite pieces. I hired All My Sons to move her piece to the new location and the balance to my house. This involved going from Warwick, Rhode Island to 2 locations in CT. I had 3 movers who arrived on time and went above and beyond. They were absolutely the best and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and the service was great so the minor increase in cost was acceptable. Would recommend All My Sons Moving to all my friends and any who asks. They did an excellent job moving my mom's furniture from her eight floor apartment and with only one elevator working. The crew was very courteous, professional and they arrived when they said they would. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a mover. I was very satisfied with everything.
