Poor customer service. Currently looking for movers. Marcelo reached out to me to schedule an in home estimate today at 5:00 with Tom who was supposed to call me 30 minutes before his arrival. He never called... never showed. When I called and spoke to Dan at 6:45 he assured me he would get on it ASAP. Hours later still no phone call. Would not recommend them just based on the lack of customer service. I would not have any faith in their team on my moving day.
DO NOT HIRE!! My elderly mother hired them and this is her email to the company today: To Whom it may concern, I hired All My Sons Moving Company to properly and carefully move my belongings to my new home. I am an elderly woman and could not move on my own. I was given a moving date of Thursday May 23rd, 2019. I arranged to have some of my family help out on that day, meaning they missed work. HORRIBLE..don’t let the good reviews get to your head
I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from All My Sons (Attleboro). I had a 1.5 bedroom loft and decided it'd be more convenient to have movers. I called the company and described EVERY piece of furniture I had! Kitchen island, 5 tables (2 work with wheels, 1 smaller work table, 2 side), 1 bed, 2 small ottomans, 1 antique sewing machine, 2 ladder bookshelves, and maybe 15 boxes. Do not EVER use this company to move. They showed up to our house with nothing but an empty truck, no straps for furniture or anything. They then told my mom that they didn’t have enough equipment or people to do our move, we’ve had the date booked for weeks. The person on the phone was less than helpful, even though it was his fault because he’s the one that screwed up the paperwork and sent a truck with nothing and no one. Horrible! Could not complete the Move on said date. I traveled from new jersey to move out of a storage unit into A apartment. This was a day trip and the compony new this. Several times on the phone they said 2 hours minimum but charged me for three when it took an hour and half. Employees all seem to be misinformed about service and cost. Would not recommend. Paid far too much for bad service.

Like most people here, I had a horrible experience with All My Sons. I had called a month in advance to book a move and put down a $100 deposit. I was told at that time that I would be the first move of the day and would have my move at 8 am. "Perfect," I thought, since I didn't have that much stuff and it would mean that I would be all moved in my noon and could start unpacking in the afternoon. WRONG. My friend booked them a month ago. There fast to take out there deposit. The day of the move was Saturday they give her a window between 12-4 and she had to keep calling to find out what was going on. They tell her oh there still on a job they will get in touch with you. 630 comes along and the tell her there not going to make it.they tell her we can come out Sunday and do it.
